A shock absorber which can be easily attached and which can reduce the installation space is provided. The shock absorber (10) in accordance with the present invention is characterized by including a front wall (3D) to receive shock, a rear wall (3A) opposing the front wall (3D), and peripheral walls (3B,4,3C,5) connecting peripheries of the front wall (3D) and the rear wall (3A), and at least one attaching section (11,12,13) to attach onto an attaching object (20) is formed to be integral with the rear wall (3A), and shock received by the front wall (3D) is propagated via the rear wall (3A) to the attaching object (20).

A shock-absorbing stop (110) for an engine hood (106) of an automobile vehicle (102) comprises a support (108) intended to be fixed on the vehicle and with a hood contact portion (112) extending transversally to the urging force of the hood from the support so as to be cantilevered. The cantilevered hood contact portion (112) is able to move relative to the support when urged by the hood so as to absorb the urging energy of the hood. The shock-absorbing stop comprises a hood contact element (118) which is attached on the support and forms the cantilevered hood contact portion (112), the latter extending in a principal direction (K).

La présente invention concerne une structure avant d'un véhicule automobile comportant un capot (1), une serrure de capot (2) et une gâche (3), la gâche (3) comportant une base (31) adaptée pour former une platine de fixation de la gâche (3) sur une doublure (11) du capot (1), une partie supérieure (32) qui se prolonge de la base (31) en direction de la peau (12) du capot (1) et une partie inférieure (33) qui se prolonge de la base (31) en direction de la serrure (2), caractérisée en ce que la base (31), la partie supérieure (32) et la partie inférieure (33) de la gâche (3) sont adaptées pour être conformées à partie d'une seule plaque de tôle, par un procédé d'emboutissage du type à simple effet.

L'invention a trait à une face avant (4) pour véhicule automobile avec un capot avant (8), comprenant : une traverse supérieure (18) ; un élément déformable (22) s'étendant transversalement au-dessus de la traverse supérieure (18) ; la traverse supérieure (18) comprend une portion centrale (26) et deux portions latérales (32, 32') de part et d'autre de la portion centrale (26), ladite portion centrale (26) étant surélevée par rapport auxdites portions latérales (32, 32') et comprenant des moyens de fixation (30) d'une serrure (24) du capot (8). L'élément déformable (22) prend appui sur la traverse supérieure (18) et est destiné à s'étendre sous le capot (8).
