The present invention relates to a tube cutting knife monitoring system for a filling machine for manufacturing packages from a tube, the filling machine comprising a tube cutting knife (18) and a hydraulic system (20) adapted to actuate the tube cutting knife, wherein the monitoring system comprises: a pressure sensor (22) adapted to detect hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic system when the tube cutting knife is cutting the tube; and a logging system (26) adapted to log the hydraulic pressure detected by the pressure sensor.

The invention relates to a forming station (1) for producing containers (C) for pourable foodstuff starting from a packaging material tube (T). The forming station (1) comprises a first forming half-shell (2) and a second forming half-shell (3), both intended for receiving therebetween a portion of the tube (T). The first forming half-shell (2) and the second forming half-shell (3) are hinged with respect to articulation parallel axes (H) in such a way to be movable in order to move closer and away from each other. Each forming half-shell (2, 3) comprises an abutment surface (20, 30) to each abut the portion of tube (T). In particular, the abutment surface (20) of the first forming half-shell (2) comprises a first portion (21) and a second portion (22), which are shaped in such a way that the first portion (21) protrudes with respect to the second portion (22), and that the second portion (22) curves inward with respect to the first portion (21), according to a direction transverse with respect to the lying plane (P) of the abutment surface (20) of the first forming half-shell (2).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Folienschlauchverpackungsmaschine (10, 100, 110, 130, 150, 170), umfassend zwei Fördervorrichtungen (12, 14) mit zwei diesen jeweils zugeordneten portalähnlichen Formschultern (24, 26, 110, 132), welche jeweils dafür vorgesehen sind, eine diesen jeweils zugeführte Folienbahn (28, 30, 114, 134) derart in Förderrichtung (20, 22) der jeweiligen Fördervorrichtung (12, 14) umzulenken, dass in Förderrichtung (20, 22) hinter den Formschultern (24, 26, 110, 132) ein jeweiliger tunnelähnlicher Folienschlauch (40, 42, 56, 58, 76, 78) als Verpackung geformt wird, wobei die zwei Fördervorrichtungen (12, 14) dafür vorgesehen sind, Gruppen von auf diesen befindlichem zu verpackenden Verbrauchsprodukten, insbesondere Tissueprodukten (16, 18, 32, 34, 52, 54, 72, 74, 118), mit einer vorgegebenen Vorschubgeschwindigkeit durch die jeweilige Formschulter (24, 26, 110, 132) in den jeweiligen tunnelähnlichen Folienschlauch (40, 42, 56, 58, 76, 78) zu bewegen, wobei sich dieser dabei mit derselben Vorschubgeschwindigkeit bewegt wie die Verbrauchsprodukte und wobei die zwei Teilfördervorrichtungen (12, 14) längs einer gemeinsamen Ebene parallel zueinander angeordnet sind. The thermo activated acid generator is selected form the group consisting of: an amine salt of an organic metal compound comprising boron or silicone and amine neutralized polyalkylnaphthalene polysulphonic acid derivatives. Further, the substrate is covered by a thermoplastic polymer layer, such that the ink formulation is situated between the substrate and the thermoplastic polymer layer and/or in the thermoplastic polymer layer.

The present invention concerns a device and method for reefing a portion of tubular film, the reefing device having at least one reefing finger and at least one drive unit. The drive unit has advancing means, which, for reefing the portion of tubular film, is brought into operative connection with the reefing finger at least at the height of a point of engagement, while enclosing the portion of tubular film, and moves the portion of tubular film in relation to the reefing finger. The device according to the invention and the method according to the invention are distinguished in particular in that the position of the at least one point of engagement can be changed along the reefing finger as reefing progresses or the position of the point of engagement on the reefing finger is changed.
