    摘要: Disclosed is a plastic cap useful for steadfastly maintaining a sealed state created in a container having a mouth with an opening defined therein by sealing the opening with a sealing member. The plastic cap has a cap main body (1) and a cover portion (2) integrated with the main body via bridge portions (3; see FIG. 1 ). The bridge portions (3) are formed of a synthetic plastic (132) filled in fusion-bonding holes (13) having a diameter of from 0.3 to 3 mm and arranged extending through a top wall (16) of the cap main body (1). The bridge portions (3) are constructed such that the cap main body (1) and the cover portion (2) are integrally fusion-bonded by the bridge portions (3) and the cover portion (2) can be separated from the cap main body (1) by breaking the bridge portions (3) with hands.

    摘要: A sipper type capping assembly engageable with a necked container so as not to pool condensation on the disc seal. It has a unitary moulding (1) adapted to define a detachable overcap (4) and at least the container engaging skirt (9). An insert (2) and a disc seal member (17) located within moulding (1), and a nozzle component (3) above the seal member is carried through the insert yet moveable relative thereto. In a non-dispensing condition, the nozzle component (3) and the insert (2) provide closure. In the dispensing condition of the nozzle component (3) relative to the insert (2) there is defined a liquid egress passageway. The insert and the nozzle component, when in or notionally considered in the non-dispensing condition, define together with the moulding a fully enclosed space about part of the nozzle component. When in or notionally considered in at least the dispensing condition, the moulding and the disc seal member fully enclose the nozzle component.

    摘要: Sipper cap (10) includes a cap section (30) with a housing, a nozzle (50) reciprocally movable in the housing and an overcap (70). The sipper cap is adapted to provide a releasable single point seal between the housing and the nozzle capable of preventing passage of liquid through the sipper. The cap section (30) has a neck section (38) that provides a vertical guide for movement of the nozzle member. The point seal is formed between the end of angle surface (44) of an inwardly directed extension (43) and sealing face (57b) on the outer wall of the nozzle (50). The extension (43) also engages with a retention part (56) on a seal piercing part (54) to prevent removal of the nozzle (50) from the sipper cap. The overcap (70) and cap section (30) can each have a tamper evident ring (71, 34).
