摘要: A materials handling vehicle operating system is provided comprising a tag layout where entry/exit tag sets are arranged along a travel path at respective entry/exit thresholds of a restricted navigation zone. The entry tag set comprises a restriction tag and an indicator tag. positioned between the restriction tag and the restricted navigation zone. The exit tag set comprises a release tag, and the restricted navigation zone is positioned between the indicator tag and the release tag. The tag reader and the reader module cooperate to compare identified tag data with stored tag data and execute restricted or unrestricted operational functionality in accordance with the identification of the respective restriction tag or release tag, and to initiate a remediation operation when an indicator tag is identified in place of a restriction tag.

摘要: A current controller (25) includes a current control circuit (25b) and a current detection circuit (25a), which detects a current flowing through a solenoid (29a) of an electromagnetic proportional relief valve (29). The current control circuit sets a current command (CC) to a sum of a value obtained by multiplying a feedforward gain (KF) by a target current value (CT), a value obtained by multiplying a proportional gain (KP) by a current deviation (CE), and a value obtained by multiplying an integral gain (KI) by a current deviation integral value (CEI). The current control circuit then controls the current flowing through the solenoid in accordance with the current command. When the current detected by the current detection circuit is less than or equal to the predetermined value (A), the current control circuit resets the current deviation and the current deviation integral value and sets the current command based on the reset values.
