摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide, at a low cost, a porous metal body that can be used in an electrode of a fuel cell and that has better corrosion resistance. The porous metal body has a three-dimensional mesh-like structure and contains nickel (Ni), tin (Sn), and chromium (Cr). A content ratio of the tin is 10% by mass or more and 25% by mass or less, and a content ratio of the chromium is 1% by mass or more and 10% by mass or less. On a cross section of a skeleton of the porous metal body, the porous metal body contains a solid solution phase of chromium, nickel, and tin. The solid solution phase contains a solid solution phase of chromium and trinickel tin (Ni 3 Sn), the solid solution phase having a chromium content ratio of 2% by mass or less, and does not contain a solid solution phase that is other than a solid solution phase of chromium and trinickel tin (Ni 3 Sn) and that has a chromium content ratio of less than 1.5% by mass.

摘要: To provide a Ni ball having a low ± dose and high sphericity even when it contains impurity elements other than Ni in certain amounts. The Ni ball contains an element U, a content thereof being 5 ppb or less, and an element Th, a content thereof being 5 ppb or less, wherein a purity of the Ni ball is 99.9% or more but 99.995% or less, an ± dose thereof is 0.0200 cph/cm2 or less, a content of either Pb or Bi, or a total content of both Pb and Bi is 1 ppm or more, and a sphericity thereof is 0.90 or more, in order to prevent any software errors and reduce connection failure.

摘要: The present invention relates to ordered Alloy 690 with improved thermal conductivity. By maintaining Alloy 690 in a temperature range of 350-570 °C for a proper amount of time, the atomic arrangement is controlled to properly form the ordered phases. The ordered phases formed in the ordered Alloy 690 increases its thermal conductivity due to a low thermal scattering effect of the ordered phase as observed in pure metals.

摘要: Provided is a bimetallic tube for transport of hydrocarbon feedstocks in a petrochemical process unit and/or refinery process unit, including: i) an outer tube layer being formed from a steam cracker alloy including at least 18.0 wt. % Cr and at least 10.0 wt. % Ni; ii) an inner tube layer being formed from an alumina forming bulk alloy including 5.0 to 10.0 wt. % of Al, 18.0 wt. % to 25.0 wt. % Cr, less than 0.5 wt. % Si, and at least 35.0 wt. % Fe with the balance being Ni, wherein the inner tube layer is formed plasma powder welding the alumina forming bulk alloy on the inner surface of the outer tube layer; and iii) an oxide layer formed on the surface of the inner tube layer, wherein the oxide layer is substantially comprised of alumina, chromia, silica, mullite, spinels, or mixtures thereof.

摘要: A seamless austenitic heat-resistant alloy tube used by fillet-welding the outer surface thereof directly, having a chemical composition consisting, by mass percent, of C: 0.03-0.15%, Si‰¤1%, Mn‰¤2%, P‰¤0.03%, S‰¤0.01%, Ni: 35-60%, Cr: 18-38%, W: 3-11%, Ti: 0.01-1.2%, Al‰¤0.5%, B: 0.0001-0.01%, N‰¤0.02%, and 0‰¤0.008%, and at least one element selected from Zr: 0.01-0.5%, Nb: 0.01-0.5%, and V: 0.01-0.5%, with the balance being Fe and impurities, wherein an average grain diameter d µm at the center of the wall thickness of the tube is 1000 µm or smaller and satisfies the formula (d‰¤1500-2.5×10 5 ×B), the thickness of an oxide layer on the outer surface of the tube is 15 µm or smaller. The tube of the present invention is excellent in weld crack resistance and capable of restraining the generation of cracks in a HAZ at the time of welding.
