Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein phosphatiertes Stahlflachprodukt. Der Reflexionsgrad des phosphatierten Stahlflachprodukts ist ≤ 0,65. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein warmumgeformtes Bauteil, hergestellt aus dem phosphatierten Stahlflachprodukt. Der Schichtaufbau des Korrosionsschutzüberzuges auf dem Stahlsubstrat (1) des erfindungsgemäßen warmumgeformten Bauteils besteht aus einer Legierungsschicht (2), einer Al-Basisschicht (3) und Si-reichen Phasen (4), die nicht miteinander verbunden und in der Al-Basisschicht (3) eingebettet sind. Auf der Oberfläche befindet sich eine Oxidschicht mit Phosphor (6). Optional kann das warmumgeformte Bauteil anschließend phosphatiert werden.

The present invention relates to a zinc-based plated steel sheet having a post-treated coating filmed thereon comprising: a steel sheet; a zinc plated layer formed on the steel sheet; and a post-treated coating formed on the plated layer, wherein the atomic ratio (O/M) of oxygen (O) to metals (M) contained in the post-treated coating is greater than 2 and less than 20, and a method for post-treating a zinc-based plated steel sheet. According to this, the zinc-based plated steel sheet having the post-treated coating formed thereon has the effects excellent in lubricity, weldability, adhesiveness, film-removing property and paintability. As the method of post-treating a zinc-based plated steel sheet of the present invention employs a simple coating method irrespective of the kind of plating layer, the process is simple and economical and the process operation cost is low.

The present invention provides a chrome free coating composition having excellent blackening resistance and corrosion resistance, the composition comprising: 20 to 70 wt% of water dispersible silane modified polyurethane; 0.5 to 5 wt% of a hardener; 0.5 to 5 wt% of a blackening inhibitor; 0.5 to 5 wt% of a corrosion inhibitor; and 0.5 to 5 wt% of a lubricant, with the balance being a solvent. The chrome free coating composition has the effect of improving the blackening resistance, corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, solvent resistance and fingerprint resistance of a steel sheet on which a coating layer comprising the composition is formed.
