摘要: A knitting fabric having a set-up portion comprising front and rear stitches formed by knitting fabric-constituting knitting yarns that extend in zigzag forms from front to rear stitches and from rear to front stitches, wherein a knitting yarn portion (15a) extending from each front stitch to each rear stitch and a knitting yarn portion (15b) extending from the each rear stitch to continuing each front stitch cross each other to thereby make the set-up portion more compact than conventional ones.

摘要: The process comprises the provision, in a rectilinear knitting machine, of two beds arranged substantially in the shape of an inverted V, one bed comprising a plurality of feed tubes (T) for warp threads, the other bed comprising a corresponding plurality of needles (1, 2, 3, 4), each tube (T) being operatively associated with each needle and receiving an individual warp thread; the selection of preset needles of the plurality of needles by means of carriage means which are alternately movable along the needle bed, the selected needles being caused to protrude from the vertex of the V by a preset extent; feeding the selected needles with a weft thread (F) by means of thread-guiding means controlled by the carriage and the simultaneous feeding of the selected needles with further warp threads fed by respective associated tubes, and finally dropping the needles with the threads engaged thereon to form a longitudinal row of knitting.

摘要: At both ends of the filter wrap (6), in the fastening zones of the filter wrap to the draining element (1), attachments (12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21) of stitches (10) are intermittently located in one or several of the first rows (11) of stitches and are offset in the circumferential direction in one or several rows of stitches at the end of each fastening zone. In another embodiment, the attachment (22) of the stitches at the end of the fastening zone is continuous in the circumferential direction. These steps allow the formation of partial or complete runs in the fastening zone of the filter wrap (6), so that it is possible to enlarge the filter wrap (6) before mounting it, but prevent the formation of runs outside a fastening zone.

摘要: A method of knitting single knit fabrics on a circular knitting machine such that the fabric has improved elasticity, soft hand and drapeability and including controlling two types of needles arranged alternately in the cylinder and sinkers arranged in the sinker dial through four processes in which alternate needles are raised to the knitting level in the first process and intervening needles are raised to the tucking level and an old loop has cleared the latch on each needle and a previously fed yarn is held in the hook of each intervening needle, a first ground yarn (G1) is fed to the alternate and intervening needles and the needles are lowered to a high welt level for the alternate needles so that the old loop is not knocked over and a low welt level for the intervening needles so that the old loop is knocked over and a new double yarn stitch loop is formed. The levels to which the alternate and intervening needles are raised are reversed in the third process.

摘要: In a knitted fabric of the type comprising mesh courses bound with the meshes of adjacent courses, and mesh columns separated by intermediate channels, the channels of between the columns (c1,c3,c5,..) of a first knitted fabric are occupied by mesh columns (c2,c4,c6,..) of a second knitted fabric, the meshes (1a,1c,..-2b,2d,..) and the tackings (b1,b2) of both fabrics being bound with one another such that the ensemble forms a single fabric structure.
The method consist in selecting a first series of needles distributed along a font such that they take yarn at a working set and are driven along a knitting cycle while the needles of at least another series are held out of work, and finally left to a height out of work, this cycle being repeated with a following needle series in a subsequent stage of the method.
The obtained fabric is more resistant and regular.

摘要: The present invention discloses a cotton-like knitted fabric, a polyester filament and a production method thereof. The fabric is a weft-knitted fabric obtained by material containing at least above 45% by weight of polyester filaments; the pore area distribution of the fabric is centered on 6000 to 22000 µm 2 and has a statistical variability of above 2σ, and the coefficient of variation of the pore area is greater than 40%. The polyester filament is formed from alternatingly arranged twist regions in a false-twist direction and twist regions in an opposite direction, wherein the twist regions in the false-twist direction have an average length of less than 0.3 cm, a coefficient of variation of length of above 60%, a diameter that is 30% to 70% of the diameter of the twist regions in the opposite direction, and a total length that is 20.0% to 40.0% of the total length of the polyester filaments. The knitted fabric of the present invention feels like real cotton, and is excellent in air permeability, bursting strength, hydroscopic and fast-drying performance, and ultraviolet resistance.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and apparatus of cutting and holding a knitting yarn in a weft knitting machine, capable of holding end portions of many knitting yarns without being provided with a holding mechanism within or in a vicinity of an area for knitting a knitted fabric. A controller (10) leads to the formation of a crossing portion (8a) that is formed using a plurality of knitting needles (4) and crosses between front and back needle beds (2) and a hold portion (8b) that is formed on the knitting needles (4) on one of the needle beds (2), with a knitting yarn (8) that has been put on standby after knitting of a knitted fabric (9) is completed until the knitting yarn (8) is used for knitting of the next knitted fabric. Thus it is possible to hold the knitting yarn (8) without a special apparatus that holds the knitting yarn (8) being provided. The hold portion (8b) can be provided within or in the vicinity of an area for knitting the knitted fabric (9). Thus, the distance by which the yarn feeding member travels can be made shorter, and production efficiency can be improved. The cutter (11) travels along the needle bed (2) and cuts the knitting yarn in the crossing portion (8a), and thus knitting of the knitted fabric (9) is not hampered.
