Du fait qu'il est prévu un contrepoids (15; 19) à la fourche (14; 17), contrepoids qui est guidé en sens inverse de la fourche (14; 17) sur l'installation de trancanage et qui est relié à la fourche (14) par un mécanisme de transmission, se présentant de préférence sous la forme d'un mécanisme de traction (31), au niveau de l'axe de rotation (4) du rotor, l'équilibrage est considérablement amélioré, de sorte qu'on peut atteindre également une puissance plus élevée avec une vitesse de rotation supérieure.

An automatic cord winder for steel cord braiding machines is disclosed. The winder automatically and continuously drives a spool assembly (100) during a steel cord winding operation. In the spool assembly (100), a plurality of spools (103) are assembled together into a longitudinal single assembly with a side plate (101) siding each end of the assembly (100). A spool inlet channel (301) and a spool outlet opening (302) are formed on a winder body (300). A bobbin lift (200), movably set in the winder body (300), is selectively raised upwardly along with the spool assembly (100) from an interior position of the body (300) by a lead screw (202), thus discharging the spool assembly (100) from the body (300) to a designated position above the top wall of the body (300) through the spool outlet opening (302). Head and tail stocks(401,400), individually having a movable cylinder (402,403), are positioned on the top wall of the winder body (300) at positions around the spool outlet opening (302) and selectively rotate the spool assembly (100) while holding the assembly. A cord cutter (600) melts the steel cord to cut the cord using an electrode bar (601) when the cord is completely wound around the spools of the spool assembly (100).

Both ends of each cable strand are anchored using hot-cast anchors, and then the cable strands are coiled and transported to the construction site, and then are mounted one by one. Due to high precision during fabrication, the cable strands have stable quality and can be quickly mounted.

In this way, the produced wire (2) has lower twist and lower torsional stresses, which makes the further processing of the wire, in particular the winding, assembly, crimping, and extrusion of a plastic insulation around the wire easier and which increases the number of possible bending reversal cycles.
