    摘要: A downhole tool (100) is responsive to passing objects and applied fluid pressure. A plugless valve (120) in the tool (100) is operable from an unobstructed condition to an obstructed condition unobstructing the tool's bore (104) to an obstructed condition obstructing the tool's bore (104) to the applied fluid pressure. An indexer (130) counts the objects passing through the tool's bore (104) and permits operation of the plugless valve (120) from the unobstructed to the obstructed condition in response to the counted number. The applied fluid pressure in the bore (104) obstructed by the plugless valve (120) can then communicate outside the tool (100) via at least one port (106). The plugless valve (120) can have a movable insert that moves relative to a flapper. The indexer (130) can use ratcheting dogs, collet, J-slot, electronic sensor, and other components to count the passing objects.

    摘要: A downhole flow device has a sliding and ported sleeves. A seal has a first component on the sliding sleeve and a second component on the ported sleeve. These components engage one another to seal flow through the ports in the ported sleeve. The components move apart to allow fluid flow through the ports. The components are protected from abrasion and flow by virtue of the seal's structure and how it is opened. The sliding sleeve moves hydraulically along an axis of the ported sleeve to reveal successive ports defined along the sleeve's axis. Operation of the device and the seal address both erosion and damage from differential pressure problems. Thus, the seal prevent damage when unloading a differential pressure across it, and abrasive flow does not have the opportunity to impinge on the sealing surfaces to cause erosion.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a downhole system for completing a well. The downhole system comprises a downhole well tubular structure having a wall and being configured to be arranged in a borehole of the well and a first annular barrier for being expanded in an annulus between the downhole well tubular structure and a wall of the borehole. The first annular barrier comprises a tubular part for mounting as part of the downhole well tubular structure, the tubular part having a first expansion opening and an outer face; an expandable metal sleeve surrounding the tubular part and having an inner face facing the tubular part and an outer face facing the wall of the borehole; a first connection part and a second connection part configured to connect a first end and a second end, respectively, of the expandable metal sleeve with the tubular part; and an annular space between the inner face of the expandable metal sleeve and the tubular part, the expandable metal sleeve being expanded by pressurising the annular space to an expansion pressure by pressurising the tubular part opposite the expansion opening. The downhole system further comprises a first aperture in the wall of the downhole well tubular structure. The aperture is at least partly plugged with an acid-soluble material. The present invention further relates to a completion method for completing a downhole system according to the present invention.

An outer housing has a first outer circulation port, an outer fluid passage port, and a second outer circulation port. A middle sleeve has: a middle circulation port aligned with the inner circulation port and the first outer circulation port when the assembly is in a lowering position; a middle fluid passage aligned with the inner fluid passage port and the outer fluid passage port when the assembly is in a collection position; and a fluid injection port aligned with the second outer circulation port when the assembly is in a retrieval position. A packer assembly seals an annulus between the middle sleeve and an inner diameter of the slim-hole when the assembly is in a setting position.
