The case (41) of the thermostat (40) is formed in a cylindrical configuration, and the case (61) of the check valve (60) is integrally connected to the cylindrical side wall thereof.

摘要: A pressure relief valve (56) is opened from a time t 1 to a time t 2 for the purpose of reducing the pressure in the gas phase in a gas-liquid separator (16). A WP (44) is driven at a time t 3 and a time t 4 . The time t 3 and time t 4 correspond to timings at which a difference ”T between a boiling temperature T 1 and an actual temperature T 2 becomes equal to or greater than a predetermined temperature T 3 . Since liquid-phase coolant in a catch tank (42) can be fed to a WP (22) by driving the WP (44), the actual temperature T 2 of the liquid-phase coolant immediately upstream of the WP (22) can be lowered. It is thus possible to prevent intense boiling of the liquid-phase coolant immediately upstream of the WP (22).

摘要: Disclosed is a device for cooling and heating a urea solution to be injected into exhaust gas discharged from an engine in order to reduce nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas. The present invention provides a device for cooling and heating a urea solution for a construction machine, the device including: an engine including a cooling fan, a coolant pump, and a main cooler; a urea solution tank storing the urea solution and having an embedded heat exchange pipe through which first coolant and second coolant circulates; an additional coolant tank storing the second coolant; a water pump supplying the second coolant from the additional coolant tank to the heat exchange pipe; a valve configured to be opened or closed in order to supply the first coolant and the second coolant to the heat exchange pipe through a supply line, and to move the first coolant and the second coolant, which are discharged from the heat exchange pipe through a discharge line, to the coolant pump and the additional coolant tank, respectively; and a controller for supplying the second coolant to the heat exchange pipe through the supply line when the urea solution temperature exceeds a set temperature and for supplying the first coolant to the heat exchange pipe through the supply line when the urea solution temperature is below or equal to the set temperature, and opening or closing the valve.

[Solution] A thermostat valve is provided with: a body housing (12) having an annular body section and a frame section which is provided to the other end surface side of the body section with legs therebetween, the body housing (12) being molded in one piece having a circular cylindrical shape from a synthetic resin material; a disk-shaped valve body (20) disposed on one end surface side of the body housing (12) so as to be capable of moving forward and backward in the axial direction; a spring receiver (24) for holding the end of a pressing spring means (22) away from the valve body and engaged with and held by the front end hook of an engagement arm (30) extended from the body housing; and a thermo-element (40) held by and affixed to an element guide (12c) provided on the frame section of the body housing, the thermo-element (40) operating the valve body in the valve opening direction according to fluid temperature. An annular stepped section having a top section with a predetermined width is provided at a portion of said end surface of the body housing, the portion being located close to an opening peripheral edge section, the annular stepped section serving as a valve seat section (16).

摘要: Provided is a coolant-control valve that is able to perform the initialization learning using a stopper and to provide an efficient structure, by providing an initialization learning stopper within an actuator which drives a valve body. The coolant-control valve is equipped with a rotor that is driven to control a flow rate of coolant for cooling an engine, a casing that houses the rotor, and a rotary drive device 3 that drives the rotor. Control means of the rotary drive device 3 has an initialization learning function of an operating range of the rotor. The rotary drive device 3 is equipped with a motor 33 and a reductiongear 34. The operating range of the rotor is restricted, by restricting the operating range of an output gear 41 among power transmission elements provided in the reduction gear 34. Furthermore, a groove 43 of the output gear, and a fixed-angle stopper 44 inserted into the groove 43 are provided as restricting means for use during initialization learning by the control means.
