Crude oil or heavy fuel oil treated thusly maintains this property for at least one year. The device for lowering the pour point of crude oil or heavy fuel oil uses a specific ionization method. The method is conducted by passing a heated medium through the main ionization device which is grounded and which includes three parallelly connected segments whereby each segment includes a protective copper tube inside which a protective insulating shell is situated, inside which a copper housing is situated. In each copper housing there is one cylindrical-shaped external core in which an internal core is placed, and the external core and internal core are manufactured as two different alloys by composition. Also described is a process for casting the external core and internal core.

An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for vaporizing fuel. A method for vaporizing fuel includes providing a fuel vaporizer. The fuel vaporizer includes a chamber for receiving a liquid, the chamber comprising at least one inlet and at least one outlet. The fuel vaporizer also includes a driver module coupled with the chamber, and a oscillator disposed within the chamber and configured to be driven by the driver module. The method includes feeding water through an inlet of the at least one inlet into the chamber. The method includes driving the oscillator using the driver module at a predetermined frequency, wherein a mist is created from the liquid. The method also includes introducing the mist from the chamber via an outlet of the at least one outlet into an intake of an internal combustion engine.

The present invention is an electromagnetic wave emission device characterized by the following: an electromagnetic wave output from an electromagnetic wave generator is distributed to a plurality of emission antennas, and then from among the plurality of emission antennas, a target antenna having plasma nearby is supplied with an electromagnetic wave distributed to the target antenna and all or part of the electromagnetic waves reflected by the emission antennas other than the target antenna; and the all or part of the electromagnetic waves distributed to the target antenna and all or part of the electromagnetic waves supplied to the target antenna after reflection by the emission antennas other than the target antenna are emitted from the target antenna to the plasma.

The invention relates to engine construction, to equipment for improving fuel and combustion mixture. Also may be used for water processing. Economy of fuel and decrease of noxious air emissions in the atmosphere are achieved. Equipment for structurization and polarization of fuel, combustion mixture or water, comprises a body in a form of a hollow cylinder with a smooth inside surface and a rod mounted in the body, both made of current-conducting materials and connectable to the electric circuit. The equipment is supplied with a battery of current-conducting discs interleaved with insulating ones, positioned on the rod. The size of a working gap for passing fuel between the tops of the discs and the body doesn't exceed 1/10 of the size of the working surface of the body. The body and the rod are made of duralumin alloy, but the current-conducting discs of aluminum. The plain surfaces of the current-conducting discs are performed with electro insulating cover, without covering the tops of the discs.

An apparatus for the production of ozone for an internal combustion engine comprising a non-conductive shell having a first and second opening which allows air to flow therethrough and first and second electrodes disposed inside the shell. The first electrode is spaced a distance from the second electrode, the first electrode having a smaller diameter than, and being aligned axially within the second electrode. The first electrode permits air to flow therethrough. A high voltage source is connected to the first and second electrode, the high voltage source capable of producing a voltage differential on the first and second electrodes sufficient to cause the production of ozone. A change from oxygen to ozone occurs in the air flowing through the apparatus. The shell is preferably cylindrical.

The invention relates to the reduction of fuel consumption by means of treatment in a pipe. More specifically, the invention relates to a fuel treatment device consisting of (i) a power supply (14) comprising a DC/AC converter (18), a member (22) for selecting the frequency of the output signal from a frequency range of 2 to 500 kHz and a transformer (20) and (ii) an induction member (12) intended to be placed in the pipe (10) and comprising a ferrite ring which is divided into two halves by a diametral plane and a member (26) for maintaining said two halves (34, 46) in the form of a ring around the pipe (10). The invention can be used to reduce fuel consumption and emissions in internal combustion engines.

Provided is a plasma apparatus using a valve, which comprises a discharge device with an electrode exposed to the combustion chamber installed in a cylinder head, an antenna installed on the valve face of a valve head, an electromagnetic wave transmission line installed in a valve stem with one end connected to the antenna and the other end covered with an insulator or dielectric and extending to a power-receiving portion positioned at a location fitting into the guide hole in the valve stem, and an electromagnetic wave generator for feeding an electromagnetic waves to the power-receiving portion. At the compression stroke when the combustion chamber side opening of an intake port or an exhaust port is closed with the valve head, discharge is generated with the electrode of the discharge device and the electromagnetic waves fed from the electromagnetic wave generator through the electromagnetic wave transmission line are radiated from the antenna.
