摘要： A filter element is provided for being removably arranged in a filter housing, the filter element including a filter material body. The filter element is adapted to assume a first state, in which it has a substantially flat shape, and a second state, in which it has such a curved shape, such that opposite outer peripheral sides of the filter element are directed towards each other and in which it is adapted for a filtering operation. The filter element is adapted to be locked in the second state when arranged in the filter housing. A filter system is also provided including a filter element and an anchoring device adapted to be arranged between the opposite outer peripheral sides of the filter element when it is curved to the second state.

摘要： A first papermaking raw material for an upper layer and a second papermaking raw material for a lower layer are subjected to papermaking so as to form a filtering material with a continuous density gradient from the upper layer to the lower layer. Each of the papermaking raw materials contains natural fibers such as pulp and chemical fibers such as PET. The content of the chemical fibers in the first papermaking raw material is higher than the content of the chemical fibers in the second papermaking raw material. The diameter of the chemical fibers in the first papermaking raw material is larger than the diameter of the chemical fibers in the second papermaking raw material. The thus-obtained filtering material is able to collect a wide size range of particles and is made less susceptible to clogging and longer in life.

Furthermore, the pre-separator (30) is secured by means of securing elements (32) arranged on the frame (28). The invention also relates to a filter system (100) having such an interchangeable filter element (10), and to the use of the filter system (100) for air filtration, in particular for air filtration for an internal combustion engine or as an interior filter of a vehicle.
