    摘要: The invention is a constant flow pump control system that compensates for a change in gas flow rate that is caused by a change in the load resistance (26), by making the speed change inversely with the change in load resistance, desirably by sensing the change in pressure (30) and changing speed by an amount related to the pump performance characteristic that is required to restore the flow rate to its selected value. In a preferred embodiment the system includes a closed loop pump speed control in which a selected flow rate reference (10) is combined with a pressure feedback (32) to provide an inverse change in the pump speed reference function or a direct change in the motor speed feedback function to compensate for the change in flow rate caused by a change in flow resistance.

    摘要: A hydraulic pump control device to be used for construction machinery, which is provided with first and second hydraulic pumps driven by the engine, and hydraulic actuators connected to said first and second hydraulic pumps through first and second operation valves. The values of surplus horse power ΔHP1 and ΔHP2 are calculated on the basis of values of standard allowable suction horse power set for the first and second hydraulic pumps and the values of actual suction horse power (HP1), (HP2) of these pumps, and allowable discharge quantities (V1P), (VP) are calculated on the basis of the number (N) of revolutions of the engine, the values of discharge pressure (P1), (P2) of hydraulic pumps, the values of the surplus horse power, and the values of the standard allowable suction horse power. The smaller one out of the target discharge quantity and allowable discharge quantity is selected as minimum target discharge quantities (V1), (V2) and angles of swash plates of the hydraulic pumps are controlled so that these quantities are set at every hydraulic pump. Accordingly, the values of the suction horse power of the hydraulic pumps are properly controlled in a state wherein the sum of values of the standard allowable suction horse power is kept constant.

    摘要: Flowrate in a liquid chromatography precision pump (100) employs a digital control system (128) with artificial intelligence (150). In a default flow mode, pump motor speed is controlled without using real-time pressure feedback, which speed in a pressure mode is controlled using the pump system pressure point. Pressure mode is commanded by the artificial intelligence (150) when constant displacement flow measurement time is within a desired threshold and when the higher pressure piston (34a or 34B), which is used as a constant displacement flow measurement reference, is being measured. Flow mode pressure ripple is minimized by monitoring pressure points and commanding motor (18) speed change at appropriate rotation positions of a motor shaft (24) mounted cam. In pressure mode, the artificial intelligence (150) monitors for intake cycle oscillation and optimizes a highest system pressure gain dynamically. Constant flowrate proportion is provided by activating proportioning only during a constant intake flow portion of an intake cycle.

    摘要: A hydrostatic transmission (34, 35) including a variable displacement pump (56) including an input shaft (40) and a pump cylinder barrel rotatably coupled to the input shaft, the pump cylinder barrel having a plurality of cylinder chambers arranged in parallel with other and distributed about the input shaft axis of rotation. Each cylinder chamber has a reciprocating piston therein which bears against a pivotable swashplate, the displacement of the pump being varied in response to changes in the position of the swashplate. A gerotor motor (66) is attached to the pump and has an output shaft (128). The motor includes an engaged pair of inner (120) and outer (118) members, the outer member being eccentric relative to the inner member. The inner member is rotatably driven relative to the outer member by fluid received between the inner and outer members from the pump, the inner member being drivingly connected to the output shaft. A plurality of fluid conduits (58, 60) extend between the pump to the motor, through which the motor is in fluid communication with the pump.
