    摘要: An object is to enable suppression of degradation of reliability by supporting a flange portion of a crankshaft with a bearing while downsizing a scroll compressor by reducing the size of the flange portion of the crankshaft. A scroll compressor includes: a fixed scroll fixed to a frame; an orbiting scroll forming a compression chamber by performing an orbital motion with respect to the fixed scroll; an electric motor that drives the orbiting scroll via the crankshaft; and a bearing part provided on the lower side from the flange portion of the crankshaft that rotatably supports a main shaft part of the crankshaft.     摘要: An asymmetrical bearing is disclosed for use in a gear pump. The bearing may have first and second opposing faces, and first and second bores in communication with the first and second opposing faces. The first and second bores may be configured to receive first and second shafts of a gear pump. The bearing may have a first flat side surface and a second curved side surface, where the second curved side surface includes first and second curved portions associated with the first and second bores, respectively. The first and second faces and the first flat side surface may also include a plurality of grooves configured to direct a flow of process fluid over the bearing during operation of the pump. Self-aligning features can be provided on one or more sealing elements to ensure desired alignment of the sealing components during assembly. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

    摘要: A lubricating oil supply structure of a vane-type compressor wherein shapes and positions of first and second recessed portions 36, 37 formed on blocks 5, 6 are adjusted such that, with a lubricating oil supply passage where lubricating oil enters a back pressure chamber 10 from an oil reservoir chamber 19 through a first recessed portion 36 and, thereafter, reaches a second bearing 12 from the back pressure chamber 10 through a second recessed portion 37.
    The first recessed portion 36 and the back pressure chamber 10 are communicated with each other so that lubricating oil is supplied to the back pressure chamber 10 from the oil reservoir chamber 19 during a period where a stroke amount of a vane 9 is increased so that pressure in the back pressure chamber 10 is relatively lowered.
    The second recessed portion 36 and the back pressure chamber 10 are communicated with each other so that lubricating oil in the back pressure chamber 10 is delivered and is supplied to the second bearing 12 during a period where the stroke amount of the vane 9 is decreased so that pressure in the back pressure chamber 10 is relatively increased.
