    摘要: The invention relates to a method for operating a device (1) for the dosed supply of a liquid, at least having at least one pump (2) for the delivery of the liquid, wherein the at least one pump (2) has a pump housing (3) with at least one inlet (4) and at least one outlet (5), wherein an eccentric (6) is arranged on the pump housing (3) so as to be rotatable relative to the pump housing (3), wherein a deformable diaphragm (7) is arranged between the eccentric (6) and the pump housing (3), which diaphragm, together with the pump housing (3), delimits a delivery path (8) from the at least one inlet (4) to the at least one outlet (5) and forms at least one seal (9) of the delivery path (8), wherein, for the delivery purposes, the at least one seal (9) can be displaced along the delivery path (8) by means of a movement of the eccentric (6), and the pump (2) has an electric drive (26) for the movement of the eccentric (6). In a step a) of the method, a demanded dose quantity of liquid is determined. In a step b), the electric drive (26) of the at least one pump (2) is activated, in order to move the at least one seal (9) so as to deliver the liquid in a delivery direction (27) from the inlet (4) to the outlet (5), by virtue of an operating voltage (10) being applied to the electric drive (26). In step c), a termination of the operation of the at least one pump (2) is scheduled when the delivered quantity of liquid corresponds to the demanded dose quantity. In step d), the movement of the eccentric (6) is stopped. In step e), a holding voltage (35) is applied in sustained fashion to the electric drive (26), wherein, by means of the holding voltage (35), a holding torque (38) is exerted on the eccentric (6) and a movement of the eccentric (6) counter to the delivery direction (27) is prevented.

    摘要: A pump is formed by a housing (10) having a fluid inlet (11) and a fluid outlet (12) and containing a rotor (15) forming with the housing (10) chambers (17a, 17b) that, on rotation of the rotor (15) by a drive, convey fluid from the inlet (11) to the outlet (12) to pump the fluid. A seal assembly (14) is arranged between the outlet (12) and the inlet (11). The seal assembly (14) includes a membrane (21) that contacts the rotor (15) and a flexible resilient spring member (22, 28, 35, 37, 40) that provides a force urging the membrane (21) against the rotor (15). The spring member (22, 28, 35, 37, 40) thus, on rotation of the rotor (15), moves radially relative to the axis of rotation of the rotor (15) and is arranged to provide a force on the rotor (15) via the membrane (21) that is constant and a minimum to maintain a seal between the rotor (15) and the seal (14) for a given outlet pressure of the pumped fluid.
