    摘要: An ceiling fan (10) comprising a motor system (16). The motor system (16) is mounted around a motor shaft (90). The motor shaft (90) couples to a downrod (14) for suspending the ceiling fan (10) from a structure. The motor shaft (90) and motor (16) are encased by a motor housing (198). The motor housing (198) comprises hub arms (202) for mounting a plurality of blade holders (18). The blade holders (18) coupled to a plurality of blades (20) rotatable about the motor (16) during operation. The downrod (14) comprises a wire disk (58) mounting guy wiring (22) to the downrod (14). A retention rod (304) is utilized internal of the motor (16) and downrod (14) as a secondary retention method. An electrical connector (568) is internal of the motor shaft (90) and electrically couples to the stator to power the motor (16).

    摘要: In an axial flow fan according to the present invention, a plurality of blades rotate about a rotation axis of the blades to convey a fluid. In the axial flow fan, the plurality of blades each have a leading edge at a leading side in a rotational direction, a trailing edge at a trailing side in the rotational direction, and an outer peripheral edge connecting the leading edge and the trailing edge. The leading edge of one of the plurality of blades and the trailing edge of another blade adjacent to the leading edge of the blade in the rotational direction are connected by a plate-shaped connection portion. The plurality of blades each have at least one plate-shaped reinforcement rib extending from a periphery of the rotation axis toward the outer peripheral edge of the blade.

    摘要: An axial-flow air blower's fan blades may include a blade portion, and a guide blade portion provided behind the blade portion. The guide blade portion has five guide blades, and the blade portion has a hub and a plurality of blades provided on the hub. The blades and the hub are integrated. There are twelve blades, and an outer circumference defined by the outer edges of the twelve blades has a diameter of 84 mm. The structure is simple and reasonable. The integration of the blades and hub improves concentricity and strength of the blades, increases air volume, and reduces noise. A reasonable number of blades and fan diameter together with a reasonable number of guide blades can improve efficiency and wind speed.
