While the spindle (1) is rotating at a low speed or at a stop, the joint member (9) or the clutch (30-32) is in its inoperative position, keeping the saws (3) disengaged from the spindle so that the distances between the adjacent saws can be adjusted freely. When the spindle (1) begins to rotate at a high speed, the joint member (9) is moved outwardly or the clutch (30-32) is engaged by centrifugal force, thus locking the circular saws (3) to the spindle (1).

    摘要: A driving force control system according to the present invention is for use in a vehicle which transmits motive power of a driving source to a driving wheel via a centrifugal clutch. The centrifugal clutch includes an upstream component mechanically connected to the driving source to rotate and a downstream component to be mechanically connected with or disengaged from the upstream component based on a centrifugal force which is in accordance with rotation of the upstream component. Transmission of motive power between an upstream-of-centrifugal-clutch path from the driving source to the upstream component and a downstream-of-centrifugal-clutch path from the downstream component to the driving wheel is automatically turned ON or OFF with a centrifugal force which is in accordance with rotation of the upstream component of the centrifugal clutch. The driving force control system controls the driving force of the driving wheel in the downstream-of-centrifugal-clutch path in accordance with a physical parameter concerning rotation of the upstream-of-centrifugal-clutch path, at least when the centrifugal clutch is in a half-clutch state.

The slots in the first and the second ring member have a common space for receiving a ball (91) which is biased by a spring (92). An eccentric force shifts the balls and rotates the first ring member which has blocks (71) to shift the rollers to narrow comers to drive the driving disk.
