The drivetrain 2 comprises a parking lock 70 and a differential 76 connected with two output shafts 84, 90. Rotational speed of the first shaft 24 is reduced by a transmission stage 14, 16, 17 formed by at least two gearwheels 50, 52, a first gearwheel 50 fixed to the first shaft 24 and a second gearwheel 52 fixed to the second shaft 28, and a planetary transmission 17. The first gearwheel 50 is a sun gear of a planetary transmission 17. A disconnect 60 is part of the bifid second shaft 28, which is arranged to be switched into a disconnected state while a prevailing torque is introduced from a secondary side. The first shaft 24 and the rotor shaft 9 are connected with each other and supported in a coaxial shaft arrangement by a common bearing arrangement 98.

Based on signals from the parking indication means, the control means operates the gear shift actuator to gear in the transmission to a specified transmission gear, and then operates the parking actuator to engage the parking lock mechanism with the parking gear.
