The agent engagement server further generates predictive engagement data and score based on the historical engagement data using a predictive engagement model that predicts a level of engagement by the agent in performing tasks. A method is provided for calculating an actual cost index (CI) for aircraft operations. A preliminary CI is generated for an aircraft based on in-flight data parameters. An actual CI is calculated by identifying unavoidable deviations from the flight plan and discounting the deviations from the preliminary CI. Also, an expected CI for the flight plan of the aircraft is generated based on the book performance data of the aircraft provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The actual CI is then compared with the expected CI with any differences between the two indices reported in a post flight compliance report.

The process also includes updating a score for the instance of the metric associated with the vehicle operator by deriving a raw score value based upon the received event data, aggregating the derived raw score value to previously derived raw scores for the metric, and computing a modified score by applying a filter to the aggregate of raw score values. The process also includes comparing the computed modified score with a predetermined modification criteria, and sending a command back to the industrial vehicle to modify the industrial vehicle based upon the comparison.

The server detects occurrence of a trigger event as the data is collected, and the code is provided to the customer in response to detecting the trigger event. When the customer presents the code at the retail store, a retail store device sends a message including the code to the server. The retail store device also provides other identification information of the customer. The server may then associate the anonymous data to customer based on the identification information.

An overall quality indicator score is computed, based upon a comparison of the first data set and the second data set.
