    摘要: A torsional resonator for suppressing unnecessary flexural vibration and providing excellent resonance characteristic is provided.
    A vibrator is a beam structure or a paddle-like projection structure added onto a beam structure and an electrostatic force produced due to the potential difference between an electrode and the vibrator adds a moment with the axis of the beam of the vibrator as the center axis, but does not add a force for producing flexure to the beam. As one method, the same AC signal and DC bias voltages different in polarity are applied to an electrode pair of the electrode brought away from the vibrator and the electrode brought close to the vibrator with torsional vibration of the vibrator, so that only torsional vibration can be excited.

    摘要: An object is to provide an electromechanical filter which can define a vibration mode so that a vibrator can be excited only in a desired vibration mode, that is, a filter which can suppress any vibration mode other than a desired vibration mode. The electromechanical filter includes a first member for inputting a signal, a second member disposed at a predetermined distance from the first member so as to surround the first member and to be excited due to an electrostatic force caused by the signal input from the first member, and a third member disposed at a predetermined distance from the second member so as to surround the second member and to detect vibration of the second member. The second member is designed to receive an attractive force from the first member and the third member so as to be bound and regulated as to a vibration direction.

    摘要: A resonator has a main resonator body (R) and a secondary resonator structure (A, D). The second resonator structure is coupled to nodal points of the main resonator body with respect to the main resonance mode. The resonator body has a desired mode of vibration of the resonator alone, and a parasitic mode of vibration, wherein the parasitic mode comprises vibration of the resonator body and the secondary resonator structure as a composite body. In this way, unwanted vibrational modes are quenched by the second suspended structure. This suppresses the quality factor of parasitic modes by coupling the anchor arrangement to the resonator for those modes. In this way, the autoparametric resonance which limits the vibration amplitude is shifted so that the stable vibration amplitude of the resonator is increased.
