摘要: A method and apparatus for unifying proximity services (ProSe) groups in a wireless communication system is provided. A first user equipment (UE), which is a group owner of a first proximity services (ProSe) group determines ProSe group unification of the first ProSe group and the second ProSe group based on at least one of the measurement results, priorities of the first UE and a second UE which is a group owner of a second ProSe group, or priorities of the first ProSe group and the second ProSe group. If it is determined to perform ProSe group unification, the first UE determining a new group owner of a unified ProSe group with the second UE, and transmits information on the ProSe group unification to members of the first ProSe group.
