Die Erfindung betrifft ein mehrlagiges Vliesverbundmaterial mit einer Kemschicht und mindestens einer mit der Kemschicht verbunden Deckschicht, wobei die mindestens eine Deckschicht mit der Kemschicht vernadelt ist, so dass Fasern der mindestens einen Deckschicht in die Kemschicht ragen. Das Vliesverbundmaterial soll zur Herstellung von Innenverkleidung von Fahrzeugen eingesetzt werden und dafür verbesserte mechanische Eigenschaften, einen geringen Wärmedurchhang, sehr geringe Emissionsneigung und gute akustische Eigenschaften aufweisen, sowie eine günstige Herstellung ermöglichen. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, dass die Deckschicht sowie die aus der Deckschicht in die Kemschicht ragenden Fasern zumindest teilweise stoffschlüssig mit der Kemschicht verbunden sind, wobei die Kemschicht amorphe Bikomponentenfasem mit einer niedriger schmelzenden Komponente und einer höher schmelzenden Komponente enthält und die mindestens eine Deckschicht kristalline Bikomponentenfasem mit einer niedriger schmelzenden Komponente und einer höher schmelzenden Komponente enthält. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehrlagigen Vliesverbundmaterials sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formteils, beispielsweise eines automobilen Dachhimmels, aus dem Vliesverbundmaterial.

The nonwoven (1) comprises structural fibres (7, 8) and binding fibres (5, 6), said binding fibres (5, 6) at least partially consisting of a polymer with a lower melting point than the structural fibres (7, 8). Said nonwoven (1) is densified by needling on both sides to a given depth while leaving an undensified central region. A method for producing the nonwoven is also disclosed.

Difficultly flammable high-temperature resistant polyimide fibers, a non-woven composed of this fibers, fibers and molded bodies obtained by heat treatment. After being heated to a temperature between 280°C and 350°C, above their glass transition temperature, these fibers develop a shrinkage force between 0.3 and 1.1 cN, and a fiber shrinkage between 20 and 60% and form cohesive bonds. These fibers can be used to make molded bodies which possess a particularly high rigidity, high temperature resistance and high non-flammability and relatively low density.

Ces fibres développent après leur chauffage jusqu'à une température comprise entre 280° et 350°C, supérieure à leur température de transition vitreuse, une force de rétraction comprise entre 0,3 et 1,1 cN, un retrait des fibres compris entre 20 et 60% et forment des liaisons cohésives. On peut fabriquer avec ces fibres des corps moulés qui présentent une rigidité particulièrement élevée, une résistance aux températures et une ininflammabilité élevées avec une densité relativement faible.
