摘要: A method for producing baked confectionery products derived from panettones, pandoros or colombas, comprising the steps of:
- mixing (101) food ingredients and raising thereof in order to obtain a risen dough;
- shaping (105) of the risen dough within a baking container suitable for the production of panettones, pandoros or colombas, in order to obtain a shaped dough;
- oven baking (107) of the shaped dough inside the baking container, in order to obtain an intermediate baked confectionery product;
