摘要: Method of preparing a sorbent material, (i) obtaining a particulate material comprising a source of oxides and/or hydroxides of at least one metal element and a source of ions of at least one alkaline earth metal element, and (ii) reacting the particulate material with an atmosphere comprising carbon dioxide in the presence of water to form carbonates of at least one alkaline earth metal element, thereby obtaining the sorbent material, such that a difference in total inorganic carbon content of the sorbent material with respect to the particulate material is at least 0.5%. The at least one metal element is at least one element selected from any one of group 4, 7, 8, 13 and 14 of the periodic table. The particulate material comprises at least 20% by dry weight of the at least one metal element and at least 5% by dry weight of the at least one alkaline earth metal element. The sorbent material comprises oxides and/or hydroxides of at least one metal element and a total inorganic carbon content of at least 0.5% by weight.

摘要: The present invention relates to a preparation method for a high-adsorption-capacity granular titanium-based lithium ion sieve adsorbent. The method includes the following steps: step 1, preparing titanium-based lithium ion sieve precursor powder; step 2, preparing high-adsorption-capacity granular titanium-based lithium ion sieve adsorbent: 1) pretreatment of precursor powder; 2) preparing a composite adhesive; 3) doping, blending and homogenizing; 4) molding and granulating; and 5) eluting and replacing. The granular adsorbent prepared according to the present invention has relatively high porosity, shows good suspension property when being used for extracting lithium from salt lake brine or simulated brine, and is high in adsorption-desorption rate and high in lithium extraction activity; the lithium ion selectivity and the elution rate can reach 95% or above; the granular adsorbent is stable in structure, low in solution loss and long in cycle service life; the molding and granulating process of the granular adsorbent is simple and easy to control, and industrialization is easy to realize.

The preparation process of functionalized superparamagnetic adsorbents with trimethoxyhexadecylsilane (HDTMS) as a precursor allows the preparation of adsorbents that enable adsorption of oil stains with a capacity in the range of 3.0 to 10.0 g of oil/g of adsorbent, and nanostructured core based on cobalt ferrite nanoparticles CoFe 2 O 4 with spinel crystal structure, enabling responsiveness and maneuverability of nanostructures under the influence of an external magnetic field and further, via the functionality of the surface, adsorption and removing of oil stains, recovery, and re-use.-
