    Abstract: A method for providing a reactor at least partially filled with a reactant mass, comprising the steps of
    a. providing a reactor that has an inner volume, wherein the reactor comprises
    i. at least one agitation means, preferably located in a first zone of the inner volume;
    ii. at least one liquid-solid separation means, wherein the at least one liquid-solid separation means
    A. comprises at least one outlet that is at least partially closed, and
    B. is located in the inner volume, preferably in a further zone of the inner volume;

    b. at least partially filling the inner volume with a first mixture, wherein
    i. the volume of the first mixture defines a pre-reactant mass, and
    ii. the first mixture comprises
    A. a particulated porous catalyst, and
    B. a first liquid;

    c. agitating the first mixture in the inner volume with the at least one agitation means,
    i. thereby obtaining a circulation of the first mixture in the inner volume,
    ii. wherein
    A. preferably a surface loading rate of the first mixture through the at least one liquid-solid separation means is V1,
    B. preferably a temperature in the inner volume is T1, and
    C. preferably a pressure in the inner volume is P1;

    d. at least partially opening the at least one outlet to allow at least a partial volume of the first mixture to exit the inner volume through the at least one outlet,
    i. thereby obtaining the reactant mass, wherein the reactant mass is defined as the volume of the first mixture remaining in the inner volume, and
    ii. wherein preferably the surface loading rate of the first mixture through the at least one liquid-solid separation means is V2.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a gas-liquid bubbling bed reactor, comprising a liquid distributor, a gas distributor located below the liquid distributor, a catalyst bed layer and a catalyst support plate, and an optional interception screen, wherein the top of the reactor is provided with a gas outlet, the reactor is provided with a feed inlet connected to the liquid distributor, a gas inlet connected to the gas distributor, the bottom is provided with a discharge outlet. The present invention further provides a reaction system, which comprises the gas-liquid bubbling bed reactor as the main reactor and a sub-reactor. Through the system and the process of the present invention, the problems of the low conversion rate, the gas binding of the circulating pump, the unstable operation, the low yield of electronic-grade products, and the like in the carbonate synthesis process are solved purposedly targetedly, and the present invention can be applied to related industrial production.
