摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sortiereinrichtung (2) für Tabletten (1) zum Aussortieren von Mehrfachtabletten (1'). Die Sortiereinrichtung (2) weist mehrere Stationen umfassend eine Zuführstation (3), eine Sortierstation (4) sowie eine Auswurfstation (5), und einen in einer Umlaufrichtung (8) die einzelnen Stationen anfahrenden Tablettentransporter (7) auf. Der Tablettentransporter (7) umfasst mindestens eine Reihe von Tablettenaufhahmen (9) für einzelne Tabletten (1) sowie mindestens eine seitlich neben den Tablettenaufhahmen (9) positionierte Dublettenaufnahme (10) für aussortierte Mehrfachtabletten (1'). Eine einzelne Tablettenaufnahme (9) ist mittels einer Seitenwand (11) seitlich von der Dublettenaufnahme (10) abgetrennt. In der Sortierstation (4) ist mindestens ein Sortierzinken (12) vorgesehen, welcher in einer quer zur Umlaufrichtung (8) verlaufenden Seitenrichtung (13) über einen Verfahrweg (14) derart hin und her verfahrbar ist, dass der Sortierzinken (12) dabei den Bereich einer Tablettenaufnahme (9), der benachbarten Dublettenaufnahme (10) und der zwischenliegenden Seitenwand (11) überstreicht.

摘要： A method for processing polycrystalline silicon workpieces to form size distributions of polycrystalline silicon pieces suitable for use in a Czochralski-type process includes: (1) preparing a polycrystalline silicon workpiece by a chemical vapor deposition process; (2) fracturing the polycrystalline silicon workpiece into a mixture of polycrystalline silicon pieces, where the polycrystalline silicon pieces have varying sizes; and (3) sorting the mixture of polycrystalline silicon pieces into at least two size distributions. Step (2) may be carried out by a thermal shock process. Step (3) may be carried out using a rotary indent classifier. A rotary indent classifier for performing the method includes: (i) a rotating cylinder having a circumferential edge with indents arrayed in increasing size from a first end of the cylinder to a second end of the cylinder, and (ii) a conveyor running longitudinally adjacent the cylinder, for conveying silicon pieces from the first end of the cylinder to the second end of the cylinder.
