摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a production method for a fiber reinforced resin sheet material, the method being capable of continuously and stably obtaining the fiber reinforced resin sheet material by using a fiber sheet material and a resin sheet material and melting the resin sheet material and impregnating or semi-impregnating the same into the fiber sheet material. The method includes the steps of: superimposing a fiber sheet material Ts and a resin sheet material Js, sandwiching these materials between conveying belts 7 and conveying the same; heating and pressing these materials between the heating rolls 1; and after the above steps, cooling and pressing the resulting material between cooling rolls 2 and thereby melting and impregnating or semi-impregnating the resin sheet material Js into the fiber sheet material Ts and thereby obtaining a fiber reinforced resin sheet material Ps, in which side end portions 8, 9 of the fiber sheet material Ts are arranged outside side end portions 10, 11 of the resin sheet material Js, respectively, and the fiber sheet material Ts and the resin sheet material Js are superimposed.

The electronic controller (214) commands the extruding device (202) to selectively dispense the dielectric material through the orifice (206), the wire feed device (208) to selectively feed the conductive wire (102) through the orifice (206), and the cutting device (210) to selectively sever the conductive wire (102), thereby forming a dielectric substrate (104) encasing a plurality of conductive wires (102). The electronic controller (214) further commands the extruding device (202) to form an opening defined in the substrate (104) in which the plurality of electrically conductive wires (102) is exposed and a fiducial mark (108) that can be used by an automated assembly robot to determine the location of the opening, wherein a position tolerance of the opening relative to the fiducial mark (108) is 1 millimeter or less.

摘要: The invention relates to an inline method for producing a spring strip profile (1) for a slatted frame, which spring strip profile (1) comprises at least one core strand (2) formed by a fibre-reinforced plastic and at least one thermoplastic cover layer (3) surrounding the core strand (2), wherein the method comprises at least the following steps: joining multiple fibres, threads and/or filaments to form a fibre bundle (2.1); impregnating the fibre bundle (2.1) with a thermally activatable reaction resin; moulding the outer contour of the fibre bundle (2.1) impregnated with the reaction resin; thermally activating the reaction resin (2.1) to form a cured core strand; introducing the core strand (2) into an extruder head (110); applying thermoplastic melt in the extruder head (110) to form the cover layer (3) on the spring strip profile (1); cooling and calibrating the spring strip profile (1) in a cooling and calibrating device (111, 112, 113), wherein, in a winding machine (105), the outer contour of the fibre bundle (2.1) is wrapped around by at least one thread or filament (2.2) supplied laterally in relation to the fibre bundle in at least one position and orientation, and wherein, in a heating section (106), before the core strand (2) is introduced into the extruder head (110), at least a partial curing of the reaction resin is achieved at least in the wrapped outer layer of the fibre bundle (2.1).
