The filtration cavity includes a first closed ring piece group and a second closed ring piece group. A primary driving rod of the driving device is arranged above the filtration cavity, and is configured to drive an upper end of the first closed ring piece group to circumferentially reciprocate, and a lower end of the first closed ring piece group to perform aup-down reciprocating linear motion. The driving device such as the primary driving rod and the eccentric device is detachably arranged above the filtration cavity, not only preventing the driving device from eroded by filtrate for a long time, so as to reduce failure rate and improve a duration, but also facilitating the observation and quick disassembly and installation during maintenance.

The axial-flow squeezing apparatus having the following arrangements attains the objective of the present invention. A spirally formed revolving blade around an axis comprising a spiral base of said blade, a spiral surface and spiral boundaries formed between said spiral base and said spiral surface; and communicating portions formed at said spiral surface and/or said boundaries on desired bored portions of the latter half of said axis for forming bypath channels so as to enable to avoid clogging during squeezing operations.

Dewatering screens (21,22) are provided in the first and second cylindrical casings at predetermined locations, and an outlet port (6a) for dewatered material is provided at one end of the annular space, the outlet port (6a) being biased by a valve member (41) in a closing direction under a predetermined biasing force. Water that has entered the second cylindrical casing is discharged outward through a water outlet. The ribbon shaped screw vane (14) is rotatable separately from the cylindrical casings (1,11) and, therefore, material being processed can be prevented from turning with the cylindrical casings (1,11). Both the inner (11) and outer cylindrical casings (1) are provided with a screen (22,21). This permits an efficient dewatering operation.

The driving system (25) is adapted to rotate the screw shaft (20) in one direction, and simultaneously, rotate the screen outer tube (5) in a direction opposite to the rotating direction of the screw shaft. The driving system (25) has a transmission (26, 46) for changing the number of revolutions of at least one of the screen outer tube and the screw shaft. The screen outer tube (5) is rotated in a direction opposite to that of the screw shaft (20) at the number of revolutions within a predetermined range, so that high dehydrating effect can be obtained.
