The present invention relates to a mechanism to restrain car body oscillations and excessive centrifugal force acting on passengers. The vehicle is provided with an actuator (6) for oscillation control which constitutes oscillations control means and an actuator (5) for attitude control which constitutes attitude control means within the mounting space of a spring (7) supporting the car body (4). According to the invention, it is not necessary to provide extra space outside of the mounting space of the spring (7) for the oscillation control and the attitude control, actuators (5, 6) and therefore the car body bearing mechanism (3) can be made smaller in size, thereby reducing the weight of the vehicle.

The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a railway vehicle and a bogie frame system thereof. The bogie frame system includes a bogie frame and a bogie frame chamber, wherein the bogie frame chamber includes a chamber body assembly including a main chamber plate and two side chamber plates, the two side chamber plates are fixed with two sides of the main chamber plate and form a recessed cavity with the main chamber plate for receiving the bogie frame of the railway vehicle; the inner side of the main chamber plate is fixed with the front or rear of the bogie frame to separate the front or rear of the bogie frame from the outside; the inner sides of the two side chamber plates are fixed with the sides of the bogie frame to separate the sides of the bogie frame from the outside. The railway vehicle includes the bogie frame system. The embodiment of the present disclosure solves the technical problems of large noise and aerodynamic resistance of the bogie frame system.

An underfloor portion (54) is provided with a space portion (58) to accommodate a bogie (52). The space portion (58) is formed in space partitioned by an end-portion closing plate (6) rising in the height direction from an end part on the bogie side of each underside closing plate (7) which is provided downward of an underframe (55) to be approximately in parallel with the underframe (55) and the underside of the underframe (55).
