摘要: A counter balanced effluence transfer system for the transfer of effluence (2) from a source container (1) into a receiving reservoir (10) comprises a receiving reservoir (10) having a cover plate and a reservoir top opening, and a counter balanced mechanism located above the receiving reservoir (10), which includes a pivot point (25), a source-side member (20) attached to one side of the pivot point (25) and a balance-side member (22) attached to the other side of the pivot point (25). While the size and weight of the source-side member (20) are made the same as those of the balance-side member (22), an angular asymmetry is built in between the source arm and the balance arm so that the gravitational source torque T s and the gravitational balance torque T b are made unequal. Upon release of the counter balanced mechanism with a latching starting mechanism, the counter balanced mechanism would automatically rotate and complete the pouring of source effluence into the receiving reservoir.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for emptying packages, especially bags, of their contents. The bags are introduced through a casing (2) to a rotatable cutting, tumbling and feeding screw (4) for cutting, the contents of the cut bags (54) being removed through perforations (28) in the casing or wall portions (6) associated therewith. Separation is achieved by rotating the screw (4) in a first direction (B) for advancing the cut bags (54) to an end wall (6) of the casing (2) adjacent a rear end (62) of the screw where the bags are caused to tumble about within the casing (2) under the action of the screw rear end rotating in said first direction (B), for separating the contents from the cut bags (54). After the separation at the screw rear end has been concluded, the screw (4) is rotated in a second direction (F) for advancing the emptied bags (33) in a direction toward the screw front end to a bag discharge opening (36) which is provided in the casing (2) and through which the emptied bags (33) are discharged from said casing (2).

Befestigungsmittel (17) an der Stirnseite des Rahmens (18, 19) dienen der Befestigung des Lagerbocks am Kragen (11) eines Fasses zwecks Verschwenkung des Fasses (10) aus der vertikalen in die horizontale und aus der horizontalen in die vertikale Lage.

The charging machine comprises a bucket loader (29) having a tip opening openable by a cover (35) and a swing frame (32) installed on a base (4) through a link (31) to vertically swing the loader (29). After the loader (29) reaches the upper position of the rotary drum (5), a guide mechanism (30) installed on the swing frame (32) advances the loader (29) into the drum (5) through the upper opening of the drum. After the tip of the loader is moved close to the inner peripheral wall or the bottom wall of the drum (5), the cover (35) is opened to roll down the workpieces in the loader (29) into the drum (5). Since the workpieces fall down from a position rather lower than the inner peripheral wall or the bottom wall of the drum, falling impact can be suppressed and, accordingly, damage to the workpieces and noise can be suppressed.
