摘要: A spring brake chamber includes a first case, a second case, and a coupling case. The first case includes an open end, a closed end, and an open end portion. The open end portion of the first case includes a tapered outer positioning portion having a diameter that increases toward the open end. The coupling case couples the first case and the second case. The coupling case includes an open end closer to the first case and an open end portion. The open end portion of the coupling case includes a tapered inner positioning portion having a diameter that decreases toward the open end. The first case is positioned relative to the coupling case by attaching the outer positioning portion to an outer side of the inner positioning portion.

摘要: An electro-hydraulic actuator, includes: a motor 3 configured to output rotative power; an external gear pump 7 configured to be activated by the motor; a hydraulic actuator 5 configured to be operated by a pressurized working fluid supplied by the external gear pump; a manifold block 6 in which a flow channel forming a working fluid circuit of the hydraulic actuator is incorporated; a first portion configured to store the motor; a second portion configured to store the external gear pump, the hydraulic actuator, and a reservoir; and a coupling portion 2 configured to couple the first portion and the second portion with each other in a liquid-tight state, wherein the coupling portion includes a communication hole 21 through which the first portion and the second portion communicate with each other, a rotational shaft 31 of the motor and a driving shaft 71 of the external gear pump are joined to each other in the communication hole, and the external gear pump is attached to the coupling portion while being stored in the manifold block.

摘要: The invention relates to an electro-mechanical braking apparatus (100). The electro-mechanical braking apparatus includes a braking motor (10) and a lock apparatus (20). One end of a motor shaft of the braking motor is configured to drive a brake, the brake being configured to brake a vehicle, and the lock apparatus is configured to lock the braking motor through the other end of the motor shaft of the braking motor. The lock apparatus includes a clutch (30), an axial moving member (40), and a driving motor (50). The clutch is sleeved on the other end of the motor shaft of the braking motor. The axial moving member is configured to: move along an axial direction of the braking motor relative to the clutch and control the clutch to lock or release the other end of the motor shaft of the braking motor. The driving motor is configured to drive the axial moving member to move away from or toward the clutch. The clutch can lock the braking motor during parking braking, and the braking motor does not need to stay in a working state for a long time. In this way, reliability of the electro-mechanical braking apparatus is improved, and safety of the vehicle is further improved.
