    摘要: In einem Verfahren zur Ermittlung einer Dampfmenge, die in einem mit mindestens einem Überhitzer ausgerüsteten Dampferzeuger erzeugt wird, werden der Druckverlust (Δp Ms ) über der letzten Überhitzerstufe, die Temperatur (T vor UE , T nach UE ) vor und hinter dieser Überhitzerstufe und der Druck (p nach UE ) des Dampfes hinter dieser Überhitzerstufe kontinuierlich gemessen. Bei Volllast oder bei einer Last im oberen Lastbereich werden in dem Dampferzeuger der Druckverlust (Δp Ref ), die Menge (m Dampf Ref ) an Dampf und das Volumen (v Ref ) des Dampfes ermittelt und als Referenzwerte festgehalten. Die erzeugte Dampfmenge (m Dampf ) der jeweiligen Last wird über das Verhältnis der gemessenen Werte zu den Referenzwerten bestimmt.

    摘要: A control (54) for a vapor steam generator (42) as used with a pellet mill (20) senses the exhaust temperature of the steam and controls it by modulating the flow of air/gas to the burner independently of the flow rate of moisture such that steam having a constant moisture content can be produced at varying temperatures. The constant moisture content steam is desirably used in the pellet mill by ratioing the flow of moisture to the flow of dry material such that finished pellets having a pre-determined moisture content can be reliably produced.

    摘要: A system for controlling steam temperature in a boiler uses a time delay feedback controller known as a Smith Predictor to provide control tuning of true boiler parameters which change with load. More specifically, a feedforward predictor (38) presets an expected secondary superheater inlet temperature with a boiler load, the expected temperature is corrected for firing rate deviation, air flow deviation and reheat temperature control by respective modifiers (42, 44 and 46), a final correction is effected by a feedback controller (50), and a cascade controller (48) responds to the inlet temperature to provide rapid process loop response to predictable intermediate process control points.

    摘要: Embodiments of the invention provide a desuperheater system for cooling a process fluid. The desuperheater system includes a pipe through which the process fluid flows and that defines an axis and includes injector housings attached to and arranged radially around the pipe. The injector housings each define an injector cavity. Injectors, each one including an injector nozzle that defines an injection angle, are received in each injector cavity so that the injector nozzles are in fluid communication with the process fluid. The injection angle of each injection nozzle is selected individually. The desuperheater system also includes a control valve with a valve inlet port configured to receive a cooling fluid. The control valve is configured to selectively provide fluid communication between the valve inlet port and at least one of the of injectors to inject the cooling fluid into the process fluid.
