The invention relates to a system for determining traffic information. Said system comprises a terminal (1) which is carried along in a vehicle (V), said terminal having a position determination device for determining the position (P) of the vehicle (V) in a road network, a storage device for storing reference positions (R) defined by the location coordinates, and a processing device which works together with the position determining device and the storage device. Said processing device is designed to compare a specific position of the vehicle (P) with stored reference positions (R) in order to determine whether the vehicle (V) has passed a reference position (R). According to the invention, a reference position (R) is defined by a safety line (L) extending through the location coordinates thereof, said processing device is designed to determine whether the vehicle (V) has traversed a safety line (L) and to evaluate the traversing of a determined safety line as the vehicle passes the reference position (R) defined by the safety line (L). As a result, a system which can determine a position in a simple and reliable manner, also in an inner-city road network, is provided.

A method of changing delivery parameters of a mail piece is provided including mailing the mail piece; sending an intended recipient of the mail piece information regarding the mailed mail piece; providing the intended recipient with an opportunity to change at least a first one of the delivery parameters of the mail piece after the mail piece has been mailed; and limiting the intended recipient from changing the first delivery parameter of the mail piece based upon an instruction sent to a service provider by a mailer of the mail piece.

Methods and systems for identifying and resolving payment integrity issues are provided. Analytic techniques that may include a query component, an artificial intelligence engine, and a text mining component are integrated into a payment integrity system. One or more of the analysis components provide information from a source transaction system to an audit module. The audit module utilizes the outputs from the analysis components to resolve whether or not a claim payment was overpaid or underpaid. The audit module may subsequently instruct one of the analysis components to further analyze information from the source transaction system in accordance with previously provided information from another analysis component.
