摘要: [Technical Problem] Since the infinitely variable speed converter disclosed in PATENT LITERATURE 2 requires at least two dynamo/motors and is on the outside of the dynamo/motors, it is difficult to reduce the thickness in the direction of the central shaft and compactification cannot be achieved. [Solution] A space is provided in a portion surrounded by a rotor arranged to rotate clockwise with either a drive disk or a drive gear, a rotor arranged to rotate counterclockwise with either a drive disk or a drive gear, and a radial interior of a stator formed by annularly disposing field magnets. When a traction roller or a traction gear penetrated by a drive shaft is inserted into the provided space, the traction roller comes into contact with the drive disk to be subject to a couple and thereby to rotate, while the traction gear comes into contact with the drive gear to be subject to a couple and thereby to rotate, whereby an output can be provided to the drive shaft that penetrates the traction roller or the traction gear, so that the entire structure including the speed converter can be compactified.

摘要: Provided is a slim type stator that is used to make a BLDC (Brushless Direct-Current) motor having a stator of a division core structure and a double rotor for use in a drum-washing machine, a slim type motor having the same, and a direct drive apparatus for use in the drum-washing machine. The stator includes: an annular division stator core assembly that is assembled in an annular form by winding a three-phase coil on a number of bobbins that are molded on respective outer circumferences of a number of division cores to thus surround a middle portion of each bobbin wherein each bobbin includes first and second flanges formed at one side of the bobbin and the other side thereof, respectively, and a coupling protrusion and a coupling groove that are formed at both side ends of the first flange that is disposed inward, and wherein the coupling protrusion and the coupling groove are mutually coupled between adjoining division stator bobbins; and a stator holder that molds the division stator core assembly that is formed in an annular form by winding the coils on the bobbins by an insert molding that uses a thermosetting resin, excepting inner and outer side surfaces of each division core of the division stator core assembly.

At least one of the first edge section and the second edge section of each nesting lamination 102 may be configured to be engaged against at least one of the first edge section and the second edge section of an adjacent nesting lamination when the stack of laminations is assembled together. 摘要: A fixed magnetic gap permanent magnet speed governor, comprising a cylindrical conductor rotor and a permanent magnet rotor disposed therein, the permanent magnet rotor comprises at least one permanent magnet, two length sides of the permanent magnet are an N pole and an S pole respectively, two magnetic pole end surfaces and two length sides of the permanent magnet are arranged with fixed magnetizers and movable magnetizers respectively, the fixed magnetizers and the movable magnetizers form a closed magnetic loop. Adopting the fixed magnet gap structure improves an engagement area of a speed governor and reduces assembling difficulty, saves a rare-earth material, and increases a torque transmission capability. The adoption of a magnetic circuit adjustment structure reduces the power consumption of an adjustment execution mechanism, maximally reduces the size of the adjustment execution mechanism, and reduces the overall size of the speed governor, thus reducing material consumption, saving installation space, and facilitating on-site installation.

摘要: A hybrid induction motor includes a fixed stator, an independently rotating outer rotor, and an inner rotor fixed to a motor shaft. In one embodiment the outer rotor includes spaced apart first bars and permanent magnets, and the inner rotor includes spaced apart second bars. In another embodiment the outer rotor includes angularly spaced apart first bars but no permanent magnets, and the inner rotor includes permanent magnets and may also include angularly spaced apart second bars. The outer rotor is initially accelerated by cooperation of a rotating stator magnetic field with the first bars. As the outer rotor accelerates towards synchronous RPM, the inner rotor is accelerated to transition to efficient synchronous operation. The outer rotor thus acts as a clutch to decouple the inner rotor from the rotating stator magnetic field at startup and to couple the inner rotor to the rotating stator magnetic field at synchronous speed.
