    摘要: Radio relay equipment for fully digitalized transmission network is disclosed. In the equipment, a received auxiliary signal can be by-passed from receiver (RX) to transmitter (TX) via a by-passing means (7, 8) provided in an auxiliary unit (4) when no additional auxiliary signal is input to the equipment. When an auxiliary signal (B), for example, order wire signal from the telephone equipment, is input, a switching circuit (8) operatively disconnects the by-passing means (7, 8) and switches the line to the additional auxiliary signal. The by-passing means (7, 8) also operates according to a signal regarding failure of the built-in circuit or power supply of the equipment.

    摘要: A bus structure for use in a computer network requiring high availability and reliability of communications. Multiple bus paths (2A, 2B) are provided. When a transmission is to be made, under most circumstances the path is selected at random, with all paths being equally probable. Thus, failure of a path is detected quickly. Each host device in the network connects to the bus paths through an interface, or port (1). The task of path selection is carried out by the ports, independently of the host devices. The ports also detect path failures and automatically switch over to an alternate good path upon detection of such a failure, all without host involvement. Virtual circuit communications between hosts are transparent to path selection and switching, so the only indication to a host device of a path failure is a decrease in throughput. Most of the signal processing apparatus of each port (10, 20A, 20B) is shared by the paths, only one path being supported at any given time. Thus, the addition of a second bus path involves only minimal cost.

    摘要: A radio communication system comprise transmitting and receiving stations, a plurality of transmission channels comprising regular and spare channels linking the stations, and a channel monitor for monitoring the status of the respective channels. The communication system thus configured makes it possible to effectively utilize a spare channel for effecting high quality signal transmission, while maintaining the essential function of the spare channel, thus providing an improved utilization of transmission channel.

    摘要: @ This invention provides a line protection switching system of which reliability is improved, and the time for protection line switching is decreased. In order to increase the reliability, the service signals are sent in parallel via plurality of transmission lines (11,12 ---), using a service bit area of PCM bit frames. Unlike the prior art system, one embodiment ofthe present system switches a failed transmission line to a stand by line (1n), at a station where it detected a fault before waiting for switching of the opposite station. At the same time the switching command is sent to the opposite station. If the switching of the opposite station fails, the station commands retry of the switching. But if it fails again, the station switches the transmission line to the initial state. Since a low priority signal is transmitted through the stand by line (1n), the total system is economized.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a signal diagnostic method for a triple information tranmission system. According to this method, using a transmission signal transmitted latest among three transmission signals of three channels, the sychronizing signal parts of the respective transmission signals are synchronized so as to align the heads of information signal parts of the transmission signals, whereupon any error in the information signal parts of the transmission signals is detected. The three transmission signals of the three channels are temporarily stored in three registers (28A, 28B, 28C). The storage time intervals of the transmission signals in the registers are determined by the transmission time differences between the respective transmission signals and the latest transmission signal. Upon lapse of the predetermined storage time intervals, the transmission signals are fetched from the respective registers (28A, 28B, 28C).
