In a manner in which a network device configures computing power of a terminal device based on first configuration information, the terminal device serves as a computing node to participate in a computing process corresponding to a computing power instance. This can effectively improve a computing resource reuse degree, to increase network revenue. In the method, the terminal device receives a first message from the network device, where the first message includes first configuration information, and the first configuration information includes configuration information of at least one computing power instance; the terminal device obtains first information, where the first information indicates a first computing power instance, and the first computing power instance is a computing power instance in the at least one computing power instance; and the terminal device executes the first computing power instance based on the first information.

    摘要： In an electronic device and a method for operating the electronic device according to various embodiments, the electronic device comprises a communication circuit and a processor operatively connected to the communication circuit. The processor is configured to: synchronize with neighbor awareness networking (NAN) on the basis of NAN cluster information included in a signal broadcasted by an external electronic device included in the NAN; determine whether or not to switch to a second communication mode, which enables operation by lower power than a first communication mode, on the basis of the state of the electronic device, during the operation in the first communication mode which enables data transmission and/or reception at intervals of a first value; search for an external electronic device capable of performing a proxy server function from among external electronic devices included in the NAN, in accordance with which the processor has decided to switch to the second communication mode; transmit a proxy registration request signal to the found external electronic device; and switch to the second communication mode in accordance with which the processor has finished the registration to the external electronic device. The proxy registration request signal may comprise information relating to a function to be performed by the external electronic device in place of the electronic device while operating in the second communication mode. Other various embodiments are possible.
