摘要: Disclosed is an ultrasonically-enhanced continuous and large-scale production method for nano-formulations. Specifically disclosed is a preparation system for continuous production of nano-formulations, comprising (a) a first pipe, (b) a second pipe, (f) an ultrasonic device, (c) a combined pipe and (e) a (fluid) outlet thereof. The first pipe and the second pipe are connected to the combined pipe. A first phase solution enters the combined pipe through a first pipe outlet, and a second phase solution enters the combined pipe through a second pipe outlet. The ultrasonic device acts on the part or the whole of the combined pipe. The first phase solution and the second phase solution are turbulently mixed in the combined pipe to form a combined phase, and flow out through the outlet of the combined pipe. The preparation system and the preparation method of the present invention can remarkably improve the entrap entefficiency of nano-drugs, and improve the uniformity of the particle size of the nano-particles.

Further, when the accumulating chute 32 is forwardly drawn, the gathering chute 33 can be moved backward along a gathering chute support member 33a, and the gathering chute 33 can be attached and detached by holding a handle member 33c.

摘要: In one aspect, a combinatorial drug delivery device is provided for delivering a predetermined selection of drug components. The device includes a plurality of modules, each including: a body having an interior volume; a spike plate movably disposed in the interior volume, the spike plate having a protruding cannula and first and second ports. The device also includes a base tray which includes: a framework defining a plurality of wells, each of the wells formed to insertingly receive one of the modules; for each of the wells, first and second inlet ports formed to interface with the first and second ports of the module being received in the respective well; passageways to connect certain wells with adjacent wells to permit fluid flow therebetween. For each of the wells, the spike plate of the respective module being maintained in a stationary position with the module being inserted into the well.
