This disclosure aims to provide a hose rubber composition and a hose capable of achieving both the flame retardance as a vulcanized rubber and the shelf stability as an unvulcanized rubber. Thus, high anisotropy in modulus of elasticity in the transmission belt is maintained. Solche Dispersionen enthalten einen organischen polymeren Filmbildner, eine aromatische Polynitrosoverbindung, einen Coaktivator sowie ggf. übliche haftverbessernde Zusätze, Füllstoffe und Verarbeitungshilfsmittel. Um die Anwendbarkeit zu verbreitern und eine hohe Beständigkeit der Haftverbindung gegen korrosive Einflüsse zu gewährleisten, wird als Coaktivator insbesondere Phenylen-bis-maleinsäureimid eingesetzt.

Composition comprenant un mélange de 20 à 70 parties en poids de polynorbornène, de 80 à 30 parties en poids d'une polyoléfine cristalline et d'une quantité de plastifiant du polynorbornène suffisante pour abaisser sa température de transition vitreuse jusqu'à la gamme des caoutchoucs, caractérisée en ce que, comme polyoléfine cristalline, on choisit un copolymère d'éthylène et d'au moins une α-oléfine ayant de 3 à 10 atomes de carbone, ledit copolymère ayant une densité comprise entre 0,89 et 0,93, un taux de cristallinité compris entre 15 et 50% et un indice de fluidité compris entre 0,5 et 15 dg/min. De telles compositions sont utilisées pour fabriquer des produits finis et des articles industriels par les techniques d'extrusion, d'injection-moulage et de moulage par compression. Applications concrètes : tuyaux souples, joints pour les industries du bâtiment et de l'automobile, soufflets de protection pour l'industrie automobile, articles injectés.

(a) 100 parts by weight of a chlorosulfonated ethylene.alpha-olefin copolymer containing from 25 to 32% by weight chlorine and from 0.3 to 2.5% by weight sulfur, (b) from 1 to 4 parts by weight of a metal oxide or a metal hydroxide, (c) from 3 to 15 parts by weight of an epoxy compound, (d) from 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a thiuram, and (e) from 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a maleimide.
The chlorosulfonated ethylene.alpha-olefin copolymer of the invention provides vulcanized products having improved heat resistance, cold resistance and water resistance.
