The invention relates to a method for applying a wear protection layer (4) to a continuous flow machine component which has a base material (3) comprising titanium, having the following steps: mixing a solder (12) which comprises an alloy (6) comprising titanium and particles which are distributed in the alloy (6) and have a reaction agent (5); applying the solder (12) to predetermined points of the continuous flow machine component; introducing a heat volume into the solder (12) and the continuous flow machine component so that the alloy (6) becomes liquid and the reaction agent (5) changes through diffusion processes with the solder and undergoes a chemical reaction with the alloy (6), forming a hard aggregate (8); and cooling the solder (12) so that the alloy (6) becomes solid.

Provided are an electrically conductive substance coated aluminum material in which an electrically conductive substance ensuring electrical conductivity of a surface is not exfoliated from an aluminum material due to moisture even in a case where the electrically conductive substance coated aluminum material is used under a high humidity condition and which can be favorably used as a material for a current collector and an electrode; and a method for manufacturing the electrically conductive substance coated aluminum material. The electrically conductive substance coated aluminum material comprises: an aluminum foil (1); and an organic substance layer (2) formed on a surface of the aluminum foil (1); and an interposing layer (3) formed in at least one part of regions of the surface of the aluminum foil (1) between the aluminum foil (1) and the organic substance layer (2) and including a carbide of aluminum, and the organic substance layer (2) includes a carbon precursor as an electrically conductive substance. A resin layer is formed on the surface of the aluminum foil (1), and the aluminum foil (1) having the resin layer formed thereon is placed in a space including a hydrocarbon-containing substance and is heated, thereby forming the organic substance layer (2) including the carbon precursor.

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de synthétiser un feuillet de graphène sur un siliciure de platine, ce siliciure de platine se présentant sous la forme d'une couche ou d'une pluralité de plots. Ce procédé comprend : a) la réalisation d'un empilement par (i) dépôt d'une couche C1 d'un matériau barrière de diffusion sur un substrat ; (ii) dépôt d'une couche C2 d'un matériau carboné sur la couche C1, ledit matériau carboné pouvant comprendre du silicium ; (iii) dépôt d'une couche C3 de platine sur la couche C2 ; (iv) dépôt d'une couche C4 d'un matériau de formule Si a C b H c sur la couche C3 lorsque le matériau carboné de la couche C2 est exempt de silicium ; et b) le traitement thermique de l'empilement obtenu à l'étape a). Elle se rapporte également aux structures obtenues par ce procédé ainsi qu'aux utilisations de ces structures. The carbide of the first carbide film and the carbide of the second carbide film differ from each other, and the hardness ratio of the first carbide film and the second carbide film is not more than 1.4.
