    摘要: A bicycle hub includes a housing (10), in which a first ratchet device (40 or 90), a second ratchet device (30), and an elastic device are received. The first ratchet device (40) is rotated freely in the housing (10), and the second ratchet device (30) is fixed to the housing (10). The first ratchet device (40) has a first ratchet portion, the second ratchet device (30) has a second ratchet portion, and the elastic device (60) urges the first ratchet portion to engage the second ratchet portion of the second ratchet device (30) when the first ratchet device (40) is rotated in a direction. A driving device (20) is connected to the first ratchet device (40) to rotate at an end of the housing (10) while the first and the second ratchet portions are located at an opposite end of the housing (10).

    摘要: A bicycle hub assembly includes a hub body mounted around an axial core. The hub body has one end containing a ratchet ring that has an inner periphery formed with unidirectional ratchet teeth. A ratchet wheel is arranged between the axial core and the ratchet ring and has an outer periphery formed with detent recesses, each said detent recess receiving therein a detent for engaging with the ratchet teeth. The detent includes a pivot portion and a swinging arm. The pivot portion is retained by the detent recess and has an arc of 180 to 270 degrees so that the swinging arm swings when the pivot portion rotates in the detent recess. The detent has clenching surfaces for engaging with the ratchet teeth, wherein a direction where the clenching surface extends is identical to a swinging direction of the swinging arm.

    摘要: Disclosed is a speed controller for a motor, which gives a normal rotation and constant speed output to an output cover when a driving shaft of the motor rotates in a normal direction and a normal rotation and speed-changed output to the output cover when the driving shaft of the motor rotates in a reverse direction, wherein when the restriction means are restricted to the driving shaft at constant speed and changed speed, at least one of the two restriction means is not restricted at any position, so that interference caused by a reverse input can be prevented although rotation is reversely input from the output cover. In the speed controller for motor preventing interference from reverse input according to the present invention, a key is formed to protrude on an outer circumference of the driving shaft; a pawl-mounting ring having a key groove with a greater width than the key is coupled to the key; a constant speed pawl and a speed changing pawl having opposite directions are mounted to the pawl-mounting ring so that lower portions of them extend to the key groove; and the pawl-mounting ring is frictionally fixed by an additionally fixed friction pin, whereby at least one of the constant speed pawl and the speed changing pawl is made lie down by the key according to a rotation direction of the driving shaft. Also, according to the present invention, the driving shaft has a polygonal outer circumference; a ball-mounting ring is coupled to the outer circumference, the ball-mounting ring including therein a constant speed ball and a speed changing ball spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance so that upper and lower sides of them protrude; and the ball-mounting ring is frictionally fixed by an additionally fixed friction pin, whereby at least one of the constant speed ball and the speed changing ball escapes from the outer circumference according to a rotation direction of the driving shaft.

    摘要: A power-assisted bicycle is provided with a one-way clutch that can also be used as a torque detection apparatus. The one-way clutch has a tooth part (112) mounted on a driven means and a piece part (100) mounted slidably yet non-rotatably on a drive shaft (4). The tooth part has a first engagement face (121) formed with a plurality of teeth (114) and the piece part has a second engagement face (110) formed with a plurality of pieces (102). The first engagement face and the second engagement face are disposed facing each other generally perpendicularly to the axial direction. A disc spring (124) is disposed on the rear face of the piece part. As the piece part rotates in the direction of running forward, the piece is engaged with a sharply sloping face of the tooth to engage with the tooth and the angle of the piece with respect to the second engagement face increases, whereby the piece slides so as to increase the distance from the tooth part in resistance to the disc spring. As the piece rotates in the opposite direction, the piece abuts with the gently sloping face of the tooth and the angle of the piece with respect to the second engagement face is made smaller to decrease the distance from the tooth part by means of the elasticity of the disc spring.
