摘要: Provided is a lithium secondary battery, including: a positive electrode layer including a lithium composite oxide sintered body; a negative electrode layer; a separator interposed between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer; an electrolytic solution impregnated into the positive electrode layer, the negative electrode layer, and the separator; and an exterior body, which has a closed space and is configured to store the positive electrode layer, the negative electrode layer, the separator, and the electrolytic solution in the closed space. This lithium secondary battery has a determination coefficient R 2 of 0.8 or more, which is obtained when plots of a square root of the number of days elapsed of up to 180 days and a capacity maintenance ratio (%) in a float charging test are linearly regressed.

摘要: This application relates to the field of battery technologies, and in particular, to a binder and a preparation method thereof, and a separator, electrode assembly, battery cell, battery, and electric apparatus containing such binder. The binder includes a core layer structure and a shell layer structure provided on a surface of the core layer structure, where the core layer structure includes a polyacrylate polymer, and the shell layer structure includes a polyvinylidene fluoride polymer. Polyvinylidene fluoride is a homopolymer with a crystallinity of about 50%, resulting in insufficient adhesion force. Therefore, in this application, the polyvinylidene fluoride polymer is used to envelop the polyacrylate polymer to obtain a core-shell-structured binder, so that the crystallinity of the polyvinylidene fluoride polymer in the core-shell-structured binder is improved to improve adhesion performance of the core-shell-structured binder, thereby increasing adhesion force between a separator and an electrode plate by the binder. In addition, the shell layer structure fully envelops the core layer structure, improving oxidation resistance of the binder and reducing CV floating charge leakage current of a battery.

摘要: An embodiment of the present invention relates to a cylindrical secondary battery, and the cylindrical secondary battery may comprise: a cylindrical can; an electrode assembly which includes a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, and a separator wound together and is accommodated in the can; and a cap assembly which is insulated from the can, is electrically connected to the electrode assembly, and has a hole formed therethrough to communicate with the inside of the can. According to the embodiment of the present invention, a degassing function is applied so that gas generated before product delivery can be removed and thus deformation of the can and the cap assembly can be reduced. In addition, the occurrence of swelling of the electrode assembly due to internal gas generation can be prevented and thus performance degradation of the secondary battery can be reduced.

摘要: An embodiment of this application provides a device and method for assembling a battery cell. The device includes: a conveyance mechanism, configured to fix an electrode assembly and convey the electrode assembly to a coating station; a coating mechanism, configured to coat at least a part of an outer surface of the electrode assembly with an insulation layer at the coating station, where the conveyance mechanism is further configured to: convey the electrode assembly coated with the insulation layer to an encasing station; and an encasing mechanism, configured to fit, at the encasing station, a housing peripherally onto the electrode assembly coated with the insulation layer. The device and method for assembling a battery cell disclosed herein can improve the assembling efficiency of battery cells.
