Abstract:
Provided are a floating brake disk assembling method and a floating brake disk, and a floating brake disk assembling device, wherein a washer or a spring member can be accurately attached to a coupling pin. In the floating disk brake assembling method, a coupling pin 32 for coupling a brake disk (10) to a hub disk (20), which has a cylindrical body portion (41) to be mounted in a coupling hole (31), a first jaw portion (42) formed in one end portion of the body portion (41), and a portion to be swaged (43A) continuous to the other end portion of the body portion (41), is used; and the portion to be swaged (43A) is swaged so that a second jaw portion (42) having a diameter larger than that of the body portion (41) can be formed. The second jaw portion is formed by swaging the portion to be swaged (43A) while the coupling pin (32) is mounted in the coupling hole (31), and the spring member (33) and the washer (34) are attached to the outside of the coupling pin (32), to compress and deform the spring member (33) via the washer (34).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decontaminating a radioactive material contaminated object, which is based on a decontamination technique such as a high pressure washing using water appropriate for usage in a living area, has a good removal effect on radioactive cesium, is capable of being performed with a practical cost, and do not adversely affect the environment after the performance.SOLUTION: Nano-bubble water is used which includes fine air bubbles with a modal particle size of 500 nm or less and total particle number concentration of 10particles per milliliter or more are dispersed in water. Radioactive material is washed out by immersing, in the nano-bubble water, a radioactive material contaminated object to which radioactive material was attached to be contaminated, so as to elute the radioactive material or by causing the nano-bubble water to flow on a surface of the radioactive material contaminated object. Preferably, the nano-bubble water includes the fine air bubbles with a modal particle size of 70-200 nm and total particle number concentration of 1.0×10particles per milliliter or more and 1.5×10particles per milliliter or less.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to safely and easily remove contaminated soil, especially soil contaminated by radioactive material, at low cost and a two-liquid type urethane-based coating material used for the method.SOLUTION: A method according to the present invention sprays a permeable elastic coating material on soil to harden the soil, thereby forming a solidification section containing radioactive material. Then, the solidification section containing radioactive material is separated from a ground surface, thereby enabling decontamination of the soil. The method can prevent the radioactive material from scattering as power dust. Furthermore, the permeable elastic coating material is like a soft rubber mat enabling efficient decontamination over a wide range.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a decrease in mechanical strength of a resin composition upon formation of the resin composition by the addition of metal powder to a resin material.SOLUTION: The resin composition is produced by adding metal powder formed by a water atomizing method to a resin. Hence, the resin composition produced by the addition of metal powder becomes possible to improve thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, electromagnetic shielding, and abrasion resistance compared with resin compositions consisting only of resins. Furthermore, in the case of the resin composition, the metal powder is formed by a water atomizing method, so that an anchor effect on the metal powder surface increases, the specific surface area and the surface free energy of the metal powder increase, the adhesion between the resin and the metal powder is improved, and the inhibition of a decrease in mechanical strength of the resin composition becomes possible.
