摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for preventing and treating deafness, especially inner ear deafness based on a new concept. SOLUTION: The agent for preventing and treating the deafness, especially the inner ear deafness contains kallidinogenase, e.g. the kallidinogenase derived from the swine pancreas as an active ingredient. 摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-containing composition which can simply be used for a cell transplantation treatment without needing a complicated operation such as the peeling of cells and the processing and formation of a scaffold and can exclude an adverse effect to the cells as mush as possible, when transplanted. SOLUTION: This composition for anagenesis is characterized by comprising microparticles formed from a flowable medium and a bioabsorbable material floated in the flowable medium and cells adhered to the surfaces of the microparticles, wherein the whole composition has flowability. Since the cells are proliferated or differentiated into target cells on the surfaces of the microparticles, the cells maintain flowability together with the microparticles, and can, as such, be injected and transplanted in a living body. Thereby, the complicated operation such as the peeling of cells and the processing and formation of a scaffold can be excluded, and the adverse effect on the cells can also be avoided.
