Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having high adhesive strength under high temperature of 60-70°C.SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises as a main component a mixture composed of a block copolymer (i) as given below and at least one kind of tackifier resin. The proportion of a block copolymer I) as given below is in the range between 30 and 70 wt.% based on the total amount of the block copolymer and the proportion of A in a block copolymer II) as given below is in the range between 25 and 40 wt.%. The molecular weight of A-B unit and the molecular weight of the total of the block copolymer II are respectively in the specific ranges. (i): a block copolymer comprising a mixture composed of a block copolymer having a structure I and a structure II; I): A'-B' and II): A-B-A, (A-B), (A-B)X and/or (A-B-A)X [in the formulae, X is a residue of a coupling reagent; A and A' are a polymer block composed of vinyl aromatics; and B and B' are a polymer block composed of a diene polymer.]

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive sheet excellent in thermal conductivity and also in handleability.SOLUTION: The double-sided adhesive sheet 1 includes: a base material 2; a first adhesive layer 3 laminated on one surface 2a of the base material 2; and a second adhesive layer 4 laminated on the other surface 2b of the base material. The base material 2 has an elastic modulus of 50 to 300 GPa at 25°C, a thermal conductivity of 100 W/m×K or more, and an average thickness of 10 to 200 μm. The first and second adhesive layers 3, 4 each contain aluminum. The first and second adhesive layers 3, 4 each have an aluminum content of 20 to 60 vol% in 100 vol% of each layer 3, 4. The average thicknesses of the first and second adhesive layers 3, 4 are each 20 to 200 μm.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which has sufficient tackiness and high adhesive power with less adhesive deposit.SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprises a substrate and an adhesive layer formed at least on one surface of the substrate. The adhesive layer includes a coating of a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which contains, in specific ratios, (A) a (meth)acrylic copolymer; (B) a tackifying resin; and (C) an imine- or isocyanate-based compound, the (meth)acrylic copolymer being obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing, in specific ratios, (a) a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester having 5-12C alkyl, (b) a carboxy-containing monomer, (c) a specific ester compound having 1-4C alkyl and vinyl or isopropenyl, and, as occasion demands, (d) another polymerizable monomer. The mixing ratio of the component (c) in the monomer mixture is less than 0.15 pt.mass relative to 1 pt.mass of the component (a).
