Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which allows a connection object to be always inserted into an appropriate insertion position on a connector body without fail.SOLUTION: A planar first guide part 34 for placing a flexible circuit 1 inserted into a connector body 10 is provided on a top face of a slide member 30. On its both sides in the width direction, the first guide part 34 is provided with: a pair of second guide parts 35 arranged in the width direction which restrict a width-directional movement of the flexible circuit 1 inserted into the connector body 10 along a top face of the first guide part 34; and a pair of third guide parts 36 arranged in the width direction which restrict an upward movement of the flexible circuit 1. Consequently, the flexible circuit 1 is not displaced either in the width direction or vertical direction with respect to an insertion position into the connector body 10 so that the flexible circuit 1 can always be inserted into the appropriate insertion position on the connector body 10 without fail.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector jack holding structure which enhances static pressure strength of a connector jack when it is surface mounted on an electric board, and reduces a load applied to the electric board when a static pressure load is applied to the connector jack.SOLUTION: The support structure of a connector jack comprises a substrate on which a circuit pattern is wired, at least one connector jack which is surface mounted on the substrate, a chassis member for holding the substrate, a connector jack reinforcement member which abuts against a housing of the connector jack on the surface facing the mounting surface of the connector jack, and an openable connector jack protective cover which protects the connector jack in a closed state. The connector jack protective cover has a protrusion including a first face abutting against the chassis member, and a second face abutting against the connector jack reinforcement member, in an open state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which enables excellent soldering not only in terminals inserted into outer side through holes but also in terminals inserted into inner side through holes.SOLUTION: A connector 1 is mounted on a substrate having multiple through holes arranged in multiple lines which extend in parallel to each other and includes first to third terminals 3 to 5 and a housing 2 holding the terminals 3 to 5. In an upstanding wall 2b of the housing 2, an opening 9, which has a form allowing hot wind generated during reflow soldering to be led into the housing after passing an insertion portion 3a of the first terminal 3 which is located closest to the upstanding wall 2b, is formed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interconnect a plurality of conductive members to be connected in free shape by a simple process in a conductive connection structure.SOLUTION: In a conductive connection structure 2, a plurality of conductive members to be connected 31, 32 are connected via a conductive connection film 1. The conductive connection structure 2 includes, as the conductive connection film 1, an uncured or semi-cured curable resin film 11, and a conductive pattern 21 formed on at least one surface of the curable resin film 11 and having a conductive connection 21C being connected with the plurality of conductive members to be connected 31, 32. At least the connection side surface of the conductive connection 21C is exposed in the conductive pattern 21, and the conductive connection film 1 is cured and shaped during conductive connection thus performing conductive connection of the plurality of conductive members to be connected 31, 32.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible cable connector which does not require an excessive space for disposing a lock member for locking a flexible cable and a lock releasing portion for releasing the lock, and additional action when inserting the flexible cable.SOLUTION: Flexible cable connectors 1 and 101 comprises: insulation housings 10 and 110 for storing a flexible cable 60; contacts 20 and 120 attached to the housings 10 and 110; metallic shells 30 and 130 for at least partially covering the housings 10 and 110; and lock members 40 and 140 for locking the flexible cable 60, when inserting the flexible cable 60 into the housings 10 and 110. The shells 30 and 130 have lock releasing portions 50 and 150 which are disposed at positions overlapped with the lock members 40 and 140 when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction of the flexible cable 60, and press the lock members 40 and 140 to release the locking state of the flexible cable 60.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FPC substrate connector unit which allows an FPC substrate to be satisfactorily mounted in an FPC connector.SOLUTION: An FPC connector 1 comprises: a terminal 3; and a housing 2 which houses the terminal 3. The housing 2 comprises: a housing body 10 which has a lower plate 11, a pair of lateral walls 12, an insertion port 10M, an insertion space 10S, and an upper opening 13H; and a plate-like cover member 20 which is rotatably attached to the housing body 10 and is capable of freely opening and closing the upper opening 13H. The cover member 20 has a lateral face 20S which faces the lower plate 11 when the cover member 20 stands perpendicular to the lower plate 11. At least one engagement convex 22 is protrudingly provided on the lateral face 20S. The engagement convex 22 temporarily engages with an FPC substrate 5 during the insertion of the FPC substrate 5 and disengages from the FPC substrate 5 after the FPC substrate 5 is completely mounted. The FPC substrate 5 is provided with at least one engagement hole 51H into which the engagement convex 22 is inserted.
