Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition timing control device of a hybrid car that prevents system down because of a deterioration of combustion during controlling of a catalyst warming-up after cold start. SOLUTION: When an output of a motor generator during controlling of a catalyst warming-up exceeds a limit value of motor output (NO in S110), the amount of lag (easbd) is reduced (S140). That is, when an engine torque becomes negative and the motor generator brings out battery power in order to control an engine speed to be a target value, the control device reduces the amount of lag. Accordingly, stable combustion is assured. Also, the device does not let the motor generator bring the battery power out by reducing the amount of lag, the power can be prevented from being taken out from the battery after cold start. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine speed control system for a hybrid vehicle capable of preventing deterioration of drivability without effect of a battery condition and preventing restriction of battery use even if gasoline of low octane number. SOLUTION: This system compensates torque reduction from knocking control by controlling a generator 11 with an inverter to increase speed or driving force of an electric motor 12 according to a torque reduction amount TQlo. Torque reduction thereby can be compensated without changing output force of an engine 10 or a load on a battery 42. Engine output therefore can be provided as desired without effect of a condition of the battery 42 such as remaining capacity and temperature of the battery 42.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of an unnatural behavior of a vehicle and generation of an excessive load applied to a power transmitting system, when fuel is used up in an internal combustion engine, in the vehicle provided with an internal combustion engine and a rotating electric machine. SOLUTION: A residual amount of fuel stored in a fuel tank 36 is detected by a fuel sensor 38. When the residual amount of the fuel is decreased to a prescribed value or smaller, a control part 34 sets limits to a charge performed by the rotating electric machine 14 for front wheels. In this way, the torque generated by the charge prevents a vehicle from rapidly decelerating. The control part 34 inhibits the power running control of the rotating electric machine 16 for rear wheels. In this way, when the fuel runs short, the direction of torque is set opposed to each other by applying a brake force to the front wheels and a drive force to the rear wheels, the vehicle is prevented from generating the unnatural behavior and generating a rapid torque change in the power transmitting system.
