A first terminal cap 108 is arranged in the first terminal and the second terminal in a one-dimensional nanoparticle, and is directly in contact with the one-dimensional nanoparticle. A first hetero junction 103 is formed in the interface between the first terminal cap and the first terminal in the one-dimensional nanoparticle. The first terminal cap is in contact with a terminal of the one-dimensional semiconductor nanoparticle and not in contact with a portion in a longitudinal direction of the one-dimensional semiconductor nanoparticle. The first terminal cap does not surround the whole of the one-dimensional semiconductor nanoparticle.

The coating comprises (a) 3 to 25 wt.% of a polymeric binder; (b) 5 to 35 wt.% of TiO2; and (c) 0.1 to 2 wt.% of tetrapotassium pyrophosphate. The polymeric binder comprises vinyl acetate, vinyl-acrylic, styrene-acrylic, or styrene-butadiene polymer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new self assembling diblock copolymer composition for use in patterning substrates.SOLUTION: A copolymer composition includes: a block copolymer having a poly(acrylate) block and a poly(silyl acrylate) block; and an antioxidant. The block copolymer exhibits a number average molecular weight (M) of 1 to 1,000 kg/mol, and a polydispersity (PD) of 1 to 2. The copolymer composition contains, on the basis of the weight of the block copolymer, 2% or more and preferably 5 to 30 wt.% of an antioxidant having at least one 2,6-dibutylphenol-tert-butylnol residue.
