PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive stevia sweetener composition excellent in water solubility and taste without strange taste such as bitterness, and industrially easily producible at a low cost. SOLUTION: This economical stevia sweetener composition excellent in water solubility and improved in taste is such one that stevioside is the main component of 6 kinds of steviol glycosides (steviol 6-glycoside) consisting of stevioside, rebaudioside A, dulcoside A, rebaudioside C, steviolbioside and rubusoside, the sum of stevioside and rebaudioside A (stevioside + rebaudioside A) covers ≥92 wt.%, preferably ≥95 wt.% of the sum of the steviol 6-glycoside, and stevioside covers ≥85 wt.% of the sum of the 6 kinds of steviol glycosides (steviol 6-glycoside). It is preferable that the stevia sweetener composition is obtained by mixing crystallized stevioside with crystallized rebaudioside A under heating in the presence of a solvent. PURPOSE: To obtain the titled powdery, dry saccharide having free fluidity and high storage stability, by adding vitamin E and a foaming agent to a concentrated solution of a saccharide heated at a specific temperature, foaming it, cooling it so that the saccharide is precipitated, evaporating water simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: Vitamin E and a foaming agent (e.g., surface active agent for food additive, especially sucrose fatty acid ester) are added to a concentrated solution (≥80wt%, preferably 85W95wt% solution) of a saccharide heated at 120W165°C, which is foamed by stirring, the solution is cooled so that the saccharide is precipitated, and water in the solution is evaporated, to give saccharide powder having free fluidity and low water content. Sucrose, glucose, dextrin, etc. are used as the saccharide, and especially sucrose or a mixture of it and another saccharide is preferable. ≤30g vitamin E and 0.1W1.5g foaming agent are used based on 100g saccharide. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rutin derivative composition which has not only rutin's effects together with ampelopsis grossedentata extract's effects (additive effect), but also their significant enforcement (synergistic effect), wherein the rutin's effects include stability in acid-high temperature conditions, light stability, long shelf life, safety, prevention of pigments from color fading-changing, prevention of vitamins from photodegradation or oxidation, and the ampelopsis grossedentata extract's effects include prevention of pigments from color fading, prevention of perfumes from deterioration, whitening, anti-aging; is excellent in water solubility and storage stability; and can be suitably used in conventional articles such as food and drink, cosmetic, medicament and feed.
