It is preferable that the stevia sweetener composition is obtained by mixing crystallized stevioside with crystallized rebaudioside A under heating in the presence of a solvent. Sucrose, glucose, dextrin, etc. are used as the saccharide, and especially sucrose or a mixture of it and another saccharide is preferable. ≤30g vitamin E and 0.1W1.5g foaming agent are used based on 100g saccharide.
