Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect sensor abnormality in the range of the output value from a position sensor while it is normal and improve reliability of control of an automatic transmission. CONSTITUTION:In such controlling an automatic transmission that a range switch valve is switched by the actuation of an actuator while always monitoring the valve position of the range switch valve by means of a position sensor, the valve position detected based on the output value of the position sensor and the valve position estimated based on the operation direction and operation amount of the actuator and the last output value of the position sensor are compared with each other, and if the detected valve position is out of the permissible range of the estimated valve position, whether or not the actuator is normal is judged. If the actuator is judged to be normal, the position sensor is judged to b normal.

PURPOSE:To obtain a gear having the high strength of a tooth section and excellent abrasion resistance by charging a resin containing long fiber arranged annularly along a tooth-section molding section in a gear molding die, filling a central section in said die with a resin containing short fiber and turning said die around an axis. CONSTITUTION:A fiber-reinforced resin A in which long fiber is disposed annularly is mounted along a section 3c forming a tooth section in a molding section 3a in a rotary member 3 for a bottom force 1. The center of the molding section 3a is filled with a fiber-reinforced resin B containing short fiber. An intermediate force 5 is set up to the rotary member 3, and a top force 7 is fitted to the intermediate force 5. The fiber-reinforced resins A, B are heated and melted, the top force 7 is lowered while being rotated, and the fiber-reinforced resin B is pressed. The fiber-reinforced resins A, B are cured, and revolution is stopped and a gear is taken out. Long fiber A1 is oriented and collected along a tooth section 10a for the gear 10 by centrifugal force at the time of revolution, thus acquiring the gear excellent in the strength and abrasion resistance of the tooth section 10a.

PURPOSE:To connect both of connected bodies strongly with each other by a method wherein the connecting end of fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP) is shaped into recessed or protruded configuration while a reinforcing member made of FRP is connected to said recessed or protruded section under a condition that it is fitted thereto. CONSTITUTION:The connecting ends of the structural members 2, 3, of FRP, which are to be connected, are formed into recessed or protruded configuration while the reinforcing member 12 of FRP or the same member 32 is connected to said recessed section 11 or protruded section 31 through adhesive agents 1a, 32a under a condition that the member is fitted to the recessed or protruded section. The connecting end is shaped into recessed or protruded configuration and the structure thereof is simpler than the configuration of connecting end in a conventional method, therefore, said connecting end may be finished so as to have higher strength. Further, connection is effected under the condition of being fitted thereto, therefore, a resistance against the separating force of the connected ends may be increased and the connecting strength may be increased remarkably as a whole.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software verification support device, a software verification support method, and a software verification support program which enable software verification in which verification omission is suppressed.SOLUTION: For supporting software verification based on verification requirements, a function model is generated from software, and the verification requirements are generated on the basis of the generated function model. To generate the verification requirements, function elements which match a pattern of a verification target are extracted from the function model to generate the verification requirements on the basis of the extracted function elements, or the function model is decomposed into snapshots to generate the verification function on the basis of the decomposed snapshots.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of air-fuel ratio control by predicting a throttle valve opening accurately at fuel injection and reflecting it to fuel injection control. SOLUTION: In this system, when a throttle ECU 11 receives an opening change requirement for a throttle valve 4 from an acceleration opening sensor 13 or other ECUs 14, 15, 16, an engine ECU 12 calculates the time from present point to the next fuel injection. Based on the time, calculation is performed predicting a changed value of the throttle valve 4 opening at the next fuel injection under the control of the throttle ECU 11. Then next calculation is performed reflecting the predicted value of the throttle valve 4 opening to the next fuel injection volume. When it is possible to realize such prediction calculation for the throttle valve 4 opening and calculation for fuel injection volume before the next fuel injection, the present throttle valve opening is kept until the next fuel injection.

PURPOSE:To provide an alcoholic concentration sensor which can detect the alcohol concentration accurately even when an engine is restarted. CONSTITUTION:The alcoholic concentration sensor comprises a concentration detecting circuit 100 comprising a rectangular wave generating circuit 20, a capacitance-duty converting circuit 30, and a duty-voltage converting circuit 40, a fuel temperature detecting section 200, and a microprocessor 300. The microprocessor 300 is storing the alcoholic concentration immediately before stoppage of engine and the fuel injection control is conducted with that alcohol concentration when the engine is restarted. When a decision is made that the fuel temperature has exceeded the boiling point and bubbles have been generated in the fuel, the microprocessor 300 supplements the evaporated fuel.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To correctly detect an alcohol mixture ratio by reducing influence on variation in output voltage due to change in fuel conductivity in a sensor for detecting alcohol concentration from a change in capacity between electrode pairs soaked in alcohol-mixed fuel for example. CONSTITUTION:Oscillation voltage of an oscillating means 15 is applied to a differential circuit having a capacitor for detecting a mixture ratio comprising a pair of electrodes 11,12. By extracting a signal related to a percent of slope of differential wave voltage output from the differential circuit by a mixture ratio detecting means (usually, a comparator) 19A, the mixture ratio is detected from the signal related to the percent of slope.

PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance of only the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical part, which is the sliding part of a valve lifter, by a method wherein short-fiber-containing resin is filled in a cavity to form the valve lifter and the resin is formed under the condition that a mold constituting said cavity is rotated about its axis line. CONSTITUTION:Fiber reinforced resin B containing short fiber C is filled in a cavity, which is constituted by a rotor member 4, a middle force 5 and a top force 8, and heated and melted by means of heating mechanism. At the start of melting, the top force 8, the middle force 5 and the rotary member 4 are rotated and simultaneously the top force 8 is lowered so as to pressurize the fiber reinforced resin B. At this time, the rotational speed and forming pressure are set in response to the shape and weight of a valve lifter to be formed Ab. Since the short fibers C gather on the outer peripheral surface side Ab1 of a cylindrical part, which slides on the cylinder head, due to a centrifugal force at rotation, the fiber content is enhanced only on said side Ab1, resulting in allowing to improve the wear resistance of the valve lifter without increasing its weight.
