PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding die which includes molding materials with properties differing at one edge part and the other edge part, and enables a rapid/smooth changing of the volume ratio of the different molding materials, when molding a medical tube having a migration part consisting of an outer layer and an inner layer, as well as an extrusion molding device and the medical tube. SOLUTION: The extrusion molding die 20 includes an angular body 21 with a formed outer circumferential side recessed part 21a, an outer mandrel 22 which is installed inside the outer circumferential side recessed part 21a and has an outer circumferential side flow passage A formed between the mandrel 22 and the outer circumferential side recessed part 21a, with a formed inner circumferential side recessed part 22a, an inner mandrel 23 which is installed inside the inner circumferential side recessed part 22a and has an inner circumferential side flow passage B formed between the inner mandrel 23 and the inner circumferential side recessed part 22a, and a tube shape forming part for molding the medical tube 10 by making a confluence of the outer circumferential side flow passage A and the inner circumferential side flow passage B. Further, the outer circumferential side flow passage A and the inner circumferential side flow passage B are gradually ramified successively from the upstream side to the downstream side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for example, an apparatus for molding a multilayer film which can improve work properties during maintenance without lowering the assembly accuracy of a mold. SOLUTION: When a plurality of unit blocks 31 are piled up, the positioning projection 34 of an upper unit block 31 enters the positioning recess 35 of a lower unit block 31. By a step part 36, the movement in the diameter direction of the upper unit block 31 is restricted and positioned in relation to the lower unit block 31. In the mating faces of the two unit blocks 31 positioned mutually vertically, pinholes 37 and 38 are formed in the lower surface 34a of the positioning projection 34 of the upper unit block 31 and the upper surface 35a of the positioning recess 35 of the lower unit block 31. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the respective wall thicknesses of the inner and outer layers of a multilayered tube molded by an extrusion molding machine with higher precision. SOLUTION: This extrusion molding machine 1 is equipped with a plurality of extruders 6 and 7 and a die 11 equipped with an inner layer tube molding passage 9, which passes forward a resin 3 extruded from one extruder 6 of the extruders 6 and 7 to mold an inner layer tube 2a, and an outer layer tube molding passage 10, which passes forward the resin 4 extruded from the other extruder 7 to mold the outer layer tube 2b externally fitted to and integrated with the inner layer tube 2a, to mold the multilayered tube 2 by the inner and outer layer tubes 2a and 2b. The inner and outer extrusion ports 17 and 18 for constituting the respective front ends of the inner and outer layer tube molding passages 9 and 10 are arranged so as to approach mutually in the diametric direction thereof and individually opened forward from the front end surface 19 of the die 11.
